We had just purchased a new home “as is” and had received a warning from the gas company regarding our gas fireplace. Upset that our home inspection did not report any issues we were not in the best of moods when Greg Ward arrived. Greg patiently listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to carefully address and explain our situation (no gas leaks) and provide a report along with supporting photographs for the gas company. Despite our anxious and rude behavior, Greg was kind, calm and understanding through it all. We would highly recommend Greg for anyone seeking service for their fireplace. Thanks Chimney Solutions!

From the moment I contacted Chimney Solution to when they came out it was a fantastic experience. The communication from them on the scheduled appointment was on point. I had the pleasure of Lucky and Daniel coming to my house. They were very professional. They took the time to ensure the inside of my house would be kept clean during cleaning and inspection. My fireplace was filthy and Lucky did a great job! They provided pictures of some concerns and options that they could take care of for me. From start to finish Chimney Solutions was great. They are my go to now. Highly recommend.

They installed a wood stove for me into my mobile home here in Cleveland/TN in a perfect way! John and his co-worker were so very nice and explained everything to me.

We first had some issues in respect to an appointment at my place for an estimate, but at the end it all worked out! 🙂

On the scheduled date for the installation, the needed hearth pad still wasn't delivered (was supposed to be delivered 3 days earlier, but well... Amazon...). They were so friendly, even went to HomeDepot here in Cleveland to check if they can find one there which might fit - without luck. So they came again a couple of days later, and the installation finally could be done. They cleaned up by themselves every little bit of dirt which came along with the installation, left my place spotless, and when all was done, John even took the time to give it a try together with me to light up a fire.

He answered all my questions with patience. Plus: They didn't even charge me for the first day they came out here to do the installation and couldn't do it because the hearth pad still wasn't delivered (it came in the afternoon).

I feel absolutely confident and won't even consider anyone else in future for the maintainance of my new chimney or anything else which falls to the competance of a chimney solutions company.

John and Andrew came to our house. They were on time, polite, knew what they were doing and very informative and helpful. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and did a great job fixing our chimney top. They were very careful to be clean around the house and left no mess at all. Price was very reasonable too.

We recently moved into a long-neglected house, and one of the issues we needed to address was the deterioration of the chimney chase and chase cover. Wes and his crew were great. They rebuilt the chase, installed a new stainless steel cover, paint-matched the new siding, and addressed a few other issues they found during the process. The final result looks amazing! The crew was very professional and thorough. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Communication was great as well. Heather at the office was very pleasant to deal with, and I received messages letting me know crew arrival times so I could plan accordingly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.
