I had back to back air conditioning issues and they promptly addressed both without costing a fortune and wrapped up repairs today. They even respond after hours unlike some other conpanies that claim to but don't have availability. The owner/operators of this company care about people and although they could grow as large as they wish, they prefer to focus on quality work and fair pricing. They've earned a customer for life. I won't call anyone else but Southern Comfort.

Southern Comfort came highly recommended and I can see why! My HVAC was fixed on the same day that I called. The technician was punctual, explained the problem, and answered all questions that I had.

Used to be a very honest and professional company, but this year they raised the price and lowered the service quality. Spend $700 07/07 for a condenser fan replacement. It just works for not even a month, I called they come for less than 10minutes and left without giving me any updates till this morning. Asking for another diagnosis, no, no more.
I have got a different company come and they say the fan is still bad!

I can't recommend Southern Comfort enough. Customer service is definitely a priority. They are easy to work with, quick to respond, fair & honest! They have definitely earned a life time customer. Low pressure & customer focused. You won't be disappointed!

Southern Comfort AC went above and beyond during what was supposed to be a routine preventative service on our AC units. While checking our system, they discovered that the voltage coming into our home was significantly higher than normal. Instead of just moving on, they took the time to check our neighbors’ homes as well, which ultimately led to EPB coming out to fix what could have been a major problem for our entire block. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers’ safety truly stand out. We’re incredibly grateful for their expertise and the extra steps they took to keep not only our home, but our neighborhood safe. Highly recommend! Haven’t received my bill but whatever I pay it was worth the professional work provided.

Kevin and his team came out to look at a couple of mini split units that were having issues. We had another company come out to service them in past few months, but the same issues continued to come back. Kevin and his team THOROUGHLY searched for issue, and were able fix an issue that has gone undetected for months. Both units are now working like new.
