Couldn’t be happier with my service from Southern Comfort! They answered and got me scheduled right away, showed up exactly on time for my appointment, and took care of the issue I called about, plus some much needed maintenance on my HVAC unit right then and there during that first visit. The price was also very reasonable! I will definitely be using them from now on for all my HVAC needs.

I was given an estimate for the work they would do, and they came the next day and completed the work quickly. Our heat now works great, and I just received the invoice which is the exact amount of the estimate. Great work by Houston Graham and the other gentleman with him. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks in the future. Great job!

Southern found the problem that was causing our air conditioner not to function. We had been in the house several days without the air conditioner on some of the hottest days of the summer. They assessed the situation, ordered the parts, and then replaced the worn-out parts. Once the parts came in, they returned and placed the burned-out parts with new ones, and once again, we had cold air flowing through our home. They are very good at what they do, and I highly recommend their services.

Didn't fix anything. Replaced capacitor, still didn't blow cold air. My husband had to tell them what to do to get it bowing cold air again.

I had a well-known company come out and tell me I had a bad compressor the repair cost was going to be $3200 I called Ted Fugunt heating and air for a second opinion and Blake came to my house and found a problem that stop the compressor from running.he repaired the problem for $300 and also cleaned and serviced my unit it has never worked better thank you Ted Fugunt heating and air.

Our upstairs air conditioning unit quit working during the last blast of summer. Blake came out on a Saturday morning and got it running before lunch.

AC went out. Called one afternoon and they came out the next morning to fix it on the spot. That goes a long way in the middle of Chattanooga summers. Very nice and professional!

Our tech, Charles, was very courteous and informative. We appreciated him explaining the problem on our unit. We were happy to hear there was an easy solution.

Blake came over to our house to check out our air conditioner and find out why it was leaking water and shutting off. Luckily tbe drain just needed to be cleaned. Now it is running fine just like a charm! Thank you Blake!

Totally dishonest. Blake the owners son came out and said my fan motor on the unit in my garage was faulty and will replace it just for the cost of the part that he said was $1600.
I called Trane but could not get a price till I called 20 times. The cost of the fan motor with the entire module was $570.00. He was there less than an hour. He said the est was $65.00.
Blake said their Company cost of of reacing a fan motor is $1600.
He told me he was doung it for the cost of the part.

Service man was at my house an hour (15 minutes on his cell phone) , kind of fixed the problem (I still have to call someone else out to finish fixing the problem) and charged me $285. for the service call. When I spoke with the manager at the office about this (I felt like it was too much) , he told me that they charge $225. and hour for service. If you call them, be sure you have pockets lined with gold to pay them. I will NEVER use them again!

I've used them for 10 years because they are the best. They are honest,always there when I need them, and they keep up with needed maintenance for me and remind me.
