Our compressor went out causing our upstairs to heat to a miserable 81 degrees. Thanks to knowing a relative of someone who works here they came out the next day. Friendly, informative and most importantly fast service with a good price!

Went to bed one night and found out my heat pump was not cooling. It was 91 F outside. Call Ted Fugunt Heating and Air Conditioning the next morning hoping to have service in a few days, this was beginning of the hot season and assumed there where many people needing their service. They had a technician that afternoon who quickly diagnosed the problem and fix right then and there. I type this review in the cool comfort of my home thanks to Ted Fugunt Heating & Air Conditioning.

I had the opportunity to watch as Ted Fugunt Heating & Air replaced my friend's heating and air unit that had been destroyed by a tornado. I was very impressed with Fugunt's quality of service and professionalism. They always arrived on time for each appointment, were kind and courteous, worked diligently, and were attentive to detail. When the work was completed, they also thoroughly inspected every aspect of the new system. They also made sure the area was clear and clean of all installation debris. They made sure my friend was completely satisfied with the installation of her new system. Kind, courteous and professional are key words that best describe the employees of Ted Fugunt Heating and Air.

Blake Fugunt was courteous and professional. He was truthful in his accessment; there is a leak in our unit (29 yrs old) and he is going to get us some estimates on the cost of a new unit. Meanwhile, we are using fans and powering through the heat until we get the estimates and move forward.

We contacted Ted Fugant & company to install a new Carrier unit in our home.
Since we have had good experience with our old unit (using over 25 years) we didn't want to shop around with any other system.

Mr. Ted Fugant scheduled an appointment promptly & sent Blake to check our old system. Blake was very professional, courteous, and friendly in responding to our issues and concerns regarding the model we decided on.
The installing was done within a very short time with Blake and his helper.
Blake was diligent & taught us how to operate and adjust the system. The unit was installed in the year 2022. The machine is running smoothly without any issues since its installment.
Blake made an appointment to tune up the system & came on time with his helper last month. He made sure we had no issues unanswered.

Overall, we are very pleased with Ted Fugant Company and their customer service policy.
I would highly recommend this company to any of our friends or families.

I highly recommend Ted Fugent Heating and Air. Blake is a very knowledgeable technician and knows his business. He handled our problem quickly and professionally. The rate for the repair was reasonable as well!!

Ted fusion air conditioning is really good. They usually can take care of you within a day or two and I have a contract to have A/C cleaned and maintenance . They do it within 30 to 40 minutes both of them and are gone. Don’t make a mess, Blake is the maintenance person and very good has maintenance them for 10+ years thank you very much their prices haven’t gone up very much, but as everybody else they do go up.

Have used Ted Fugunt for a number of years now. Very much a personal service one-on-one kind of company. If want people who will pick up the phone (not a machine) and an experienced tech, give them a call.

Great experience! The installer and assistant showed attention to detail, ensuring the job was done correctly. The salesman kept me aware of install dates and times (no delays). The salesman was able to get me a rebate and he followed up on tax credit information. I could tell this is a well run organization.

I have always had good service from Reliable - from small jobs to replacement of a complete A/C system. Also, their office always answers the phone during business hours which avoids the frustration of having to leave messages/play phone tag.

I replaced my old HVAC system for new. The entire process was easy and the installation was well done.

The technician was at our house as scheduled. He was personable and answered our questions. He went above and beyond which included vacuuming a filter for us. Reliable is a great company and having them service our unit twice a year gives us peace of mind.

I recently had a mini split unit installed in a detached storeroom by Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning. From beginning to end, the experience has been very professional (and I am even adding the word "pleasurable" to it.) William "Will" Moore came out first to assess the situation and gave a very thorough explanation of what needed to be done and how it would be done. I got an estimate when promised and my subsequent questions - and I had quite a few! -were answered in a very timely manner.
On the day of the installation the technician, Kentrall, and electrician, Trey, arrived on time, and they worked harmoniously to get the job done. What I especially appreciated was the communication between all of us. It created an atmosphere of trust. I feel confident that, in the remote case there will be a problem, it will be fixed right away.
And that is a great feeling to have!
