Had a little issue or two, however he made things right. He went as far as covering a part out of warranty to do so. Will now continue to use them for any future HVAC issues.

Update 4/9/19: called before winter with an issue in the fan motor so no heat, no call back. Went on Amazon, ordered parts & fixed it myself. Called yesterday because blower motor is locked up so no air, again no call back. Getting someone else from now on & washing my hands of this. I'll leave a star since he did make good on the first issue. Best of luck to those who dare.

The same serviceman that had made a temporary repair of a burst water line under the kitchen sink returned with another technician 3 days later. The water line to a hose outlet was replaced and everything is working well. The alignment of other drain lines was also improved.

Woke up to no hot water on a very cold day. By 2 p.m., that same day, Lee Company had diagnosed the problem and rebuilt a hot water heater. Lee Company is often the fastest responder during such an "emergency," and their techs and support staff are almost always well-trained and do a great job.

Ryan got our issues resolved quickly. Loved the ease of booking online, quick to come out, and excellent communication of services needed. Highly recommend and will be using again next time service is needed!

Before you do business with this company make sure an "electrician" names Dean Robertson is not the one assigned to your project. He cannot be trusted and was fired off my Job. Left Hot breaker boxes open, misquoted job, and Lee company tod me they were reconsidereing his position with the company because of the shoddy job he did.

Saturday late in the day after a snowstorm earlier in the week. We called for emergency electricity issue. The Service Professional arrived swiftly. All is well, he knew exactly what to do and made repairs. Very friendly fellow.

The guy that can was very nice and thorough.

My only frustration is that they scheduled my annual heater check up 7 days after my maintenance membership expired so wanted me to pay extra $300 or renew my annual membership for $450, which i did. But I will certainly not repay on them to schedule my inspections again.

I needed immediate help for an outside faucet that had failed, water was exploding out of the pipe behind it. I called Lee Company, an appointment was set for that afternoon. An extremely helpful young man named Steven came and solved the problem, going above and beyond in my opinion. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Lee Co is a great company. Durning our recent freeze my heat went out. Lee Co sent Jeramy out that day. Had my heat back on and working with in an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the monthly subscription Lee Co offers.

Special thanks to Lee Co, and employees. Our heat went out on Sunday Dec. 1st. I called at 0800 for help and tech showed up around 1hr. later. Did diagnostics and found the thermostat was defective. He did not have one on hand but reported need for a replacement on Monday. The next tech called about 1245 on Monday and replaced temporary thermostat until requested one could be ordered. When he left less than an hour later, the system was running, and the heat was back on. Our thanks to all involved for their rapid response. 100% satisfaction

My A/C needed service again, as it was still leaking even after a new part. So Ernest was the tech and I can tell you he was excellent.
He found the problem right away, went and got the part and fixed it.
He was very polite and professional, very nice young man.Will ask for him in the future.

The electricians met the expected skill level, and I was satisfied with the results. There was a discrepancy between what i requested and the work that was being done. However, this was resolved to Lee's credit. Workers did not clean as they worked most of the time. They also did not protect the area of falling debris or wear booties when coming into the house.

It’s the end of summer but our AC unit went down. I have a maintenance plan with Lee company (great decision by the way). A tech came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and walked me through what had happened. I even have videos of explanations to share with my husband. We made the decision to replace the unit and the very next day a new unit was installed. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant, informative and great to work with!

I had a problem with my Geo Thermal last week. I called Lee Co and they had specialized tech out quickly and me fixed quickly. I have confidence in Lee co. They not only installed my system but maintain it twice a year. Reputable company!

Lee Company has been to my house a total of 4 times this year and each time they have been amazing. I can not say enough good about each tech that came to our home. All were very professional and helpful. I would recommend then hands down.
