Had my first visit from Lee company today and signed up for their maintenance program. I was totally impressed by Jason the HVAC guy who came and checked my unit out for Winter and also gave the AC look while he was here.

He took his time and wasn’t rushed to get out and answered all questions that and was very personable

I’m looking forward to establishing a good relationship with the Lee Company

As usual, the technician was friendly. He called before arrival at the job. He made sure to wear shoe booties before coming in the house and told me what he planned to do before doing it and what was found when finished. He was always courteous and clean. Job was done in a few timely fashion and the site was left as clean or cleaner than when he arrived.

From the minute I called Lee Company the Knoxville team made this experience easy. From Emily scheduling the visit to Michael who came and diagnosed my problems. Michael was very informative and patient. He took the time to really explain in depth what the problems were and gave me several options. I ended up purchasing a new unit from Lee Company on Thursday morning and by Thursday evening the new unit was at my home and Friday morning it was installed. Juan was the lead installer on my job. He was very professional and was very meticulous about the install. If you are having AC problems I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using Lee Company. A total stress free experience.

Zach was awesome. Loved the videos and the fact that he rolled up my hose. He didn't have to do that. He went the extra mile during my plumbing maintenance service.

We are very happy with our experience with Lee Company. They installed new tankless water heater and were fast, efficient, and affordable. I would definitely use them again.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because communication between the salesman and myself was not clear or relayed to the technicians and the front office. For examples.. I was told I would receive a call when the technician was in route, no call received. I also was told I would have a service report sent over soon after the service was completed and I had to call myself to obtain the report. It actually seems as though communication stopped once the payment was received. Its the small things that matter just as much as the services.

Lee removed all the trash, old piping, and vapor barrier in our crawl space. The space is very tight due to lots of HVAC venting and the home has been expanded multiple times so difficult to maneuver. They then installed a new vapor barrier and dehumidification. Lee was easy to work with, very responsive and priced fairly. The Project Manager was excellent and the techs doing the work were diligent, hardworking, polite and kept us aware of status over the few days of the project.

I’ve been a Lee Company customer for 5 years and just had to purchase a new HVAC unit. The problem was diagnosed on Tuesday night around 8:30pm, we decided to invest in a new unit around 5pm Wednesday, and the unit was installed Friday before 11:30am. The Lee Company is prompt and has great customer service.

Had a heater issue where the emergency heat wasn’t working. They came out and cross wired the emergency heat to the cool. Now that it’s summer, the cool turns on the emergency heat. House got to 130 degrees before I got home on the first hot day.
The original heat issue also allowed a pip to burst. I turned the water off and call them to come fix it. They didn’t have a water spicket on the truck so they wanted to charge me to cap it then charge me again to come back and replace the broken part.
After I had to pay someone else to fix the heating when cooling issue, I will not use in the future.

I received the service requested at the same rate of a competing company. The service was excellent from the initial call all the way through to the installers. Very polite, engaging, they cleaned up the area, and made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

The 4 guys that I met during the process were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The cost was a shock! Even so, I know of the integrity of Lee & Co. , so that’s why I “went with Lee”

I had a fantastic experience working with Lee Company. They were professional, responsive, and willing to talk me through everything that they were working on as we diagnosed the issue in my home and they stayed late to make sure it was all fixed. I could not recommend them highly enough! They are definitely going to be my new go-to plumbers in Nashville.

My HVAC system broke. I used a different company for several years Every year it was costing me $1200 to fix. Call the Lee Company And they came out same day. On a Sunday. Give me an idea what it would cost to fix. I decided to take a look at replacing the unit. Within two hours, they had a representative on site to share with me the options for replacement . Gave me an amazing deal and put the new unit in The next day. I can just tell about how it was installed that it was much better. I bought a r Rheem And I’m very pleased with it.

My heat pump went out Friday night and after calling several supposed 24 hour on call HVAC companies and then having 2 different companies cancel appointments on me at the actual appointment time, I finally got around to Calling Lee mid afternoon Saturday. I'm glad I did, they got a tech out to me within a few hours. It was already dark out but he still showed up and got right to work. He was friendly, informative, and meticulous in checking everything out and before long he had the heat pump running like new again. And the cost was very reasonable too. I know who I'm calling from now on when I need anything done with my HVAC system, I highly recommend Lee Company.

Even after a 12-hour day, Lee Company technician Cameron Ridenour worked through a blinding rainstorm to restore the electrical connection to our home after a fallen tree had taken out our service. Throughout it all he was friendly and considerate, even messaging us hours later to ensure that Nashville Electric Service had been able to complete the connection to his work. We are grateful and appreciate his service.

I've been a Lee Company customer for many years and have always been satisfied! Their home maintenance plan is great and all the employees that I have encountered, were polite and professional. I highly recommend their services.

I had a garbage disposal replaced. The representative was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He installed it in no time at all. I was able to complete other work while he installed what would have taken me hours to complete. The time, hassle, and headache it saved me was worth every penny! Very satisfied with this work and all work I have had done by Lee Company.

Have the monthly service and receive 4 visits during the year. One for, HVAC, PLuming, electrical, and air conditioning. I just recently had trouble with air conditioning and Had service come in 2 days. Found we had closed piping not bad thermostat . Lee.co Is an honest co. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Service men are polite, put protected shoe covering to protect flooring. With the monthly plan we get 20% off service. They are a little more expensive but definitely worth the price getting the bet service

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Every technician they have sent to my house has been properly trained and knew what they were doing. This has NOT been the case with the 'local yokels" who have shown up in the past.
Just call Lee. I cannot promise YOUR experience will be perfect, but most of mine have. These guys are just better than the local, mountain guys who were trained at the Community College, if at all.

The Lee company does excellent work and their plumbing technician was absolutely awesome! Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional, and patiently thorough in assessing all of my plumbing and making the needed repairs. I would strongly recommend Thomas and the Lee Company anytime, but their pricing has started to get a little out of hand for most home owners probably. Please look at more affordable pricing for your services. Thanks
