Another great experience with Lee company. This time it was Plumbing. Their plumber was professional, personable, and super knowledgeable about the issues I had. He solved everything in a few hours. We'll definitely use again!

We had lightning strike our house. Once we got power restored we realized that both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC were no operable. Lee Co. came the same day. They assessed the problem and went through everything we would need to do. Fortunately downstairs we needed just a new thermostat. They provided a temporary thermostat while the new one was being ordered. That allowed us to have heat downstairs. The upstairs unit was completely destroyed. Lee Co spent more than an entire day replacing our old system and burnt duct work. Everyone was very professional and made sure the work was top notch. I very much appreciated the timeliness of Lee Co. Every tech and the project manager Harrison were all professional and helpful.

Lee Company has taken care of us for many years now. Always reasonably priced, and always trustworthy. They recently did a complete replacement of our three 17-year-old HVAC systems, not an easy task. Every one of them has been pleasant, courteous, professional, very skilled and very well-trained. They are always kind and respectful. All of the techs seem to enjoy an easy and jovial camaraderie which speaks well of their teamwork. After they leave, everything is so clean you can't even tell that they've been here. They get it right every time.

Brad was on time and did an excellent job replacing the wiring to get the well ready for reconnection. Very professional, courteous and helpful in getting things back on line. Thank you!! 100% Outstanding experience. From quote to follow ups. Lee Company was on time, polite, professional, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. They added a whole house transformer and two automatic transfer switches in one day. Then had a Quality Control team come out to confirm things were setup properly. Everyone has been very professional and polite. Highly recommend them.

Our most recent repair required switching out a microwave. They were here immediately, did the repair quickly. Joseph did a great job. We also have maintenance plans for
Electric, plumbing and HVAC - which we highly recommend.

Lee Co did an awesome job on the electrical on our barn. Guys showed up on time, worked hard & were professional. 100% recommend and on top of that the quote was $8k under my small town local contractor.

Had a water heater emergency and got "worked in" for a same day appt. I asked if I needed a water heater and he explained I only needed a new thermal expansion tank. It was about 7 years old but had ruptured and spewed water all over my kitchen. He took care of the repair, cleaned up area around the water heater and tested the electrical/breaker to ensure its was safe. Thanks Lee Co. for coming to my rescue!

Had a great experience with Lee Company for our recent HVAC installation. Andy was very friendly and came out to diagnose equipment and was able to negotiate to give us the best price and warranty. Ben and Brad (who installed) were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. They arrived on time and got everything up and running smoothly, and explained what was done afterwards. Really appreciate the quality of their work and the clean-up afterward. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Rivertech! The customer service I have received from them has been outstanding. We now use them for our personal home and our rental properties. They are always so honest & only do the work that needs to be done. They don’t do unnecessary work in order to charge more. I would highly recommend them!!!

I discovered Rivertech by accident and thought I would give them a try. I have mainly commercial needs and Rico (owner) and Danny (tech) have stepped up and have provided excellent service. Rivertech has installed two new Mitsubishi ductless systems in two critical areas at my place of employment, and responded quickly when called to repair other critical units. I have one coworker who has hired Rivertech to replace a whole house system and rework the air ducts and has been very happy. I recommend Rivertech and know you will be happy as well.

River tech is a great service supplier with very pleasant and dedicated people. We have used Rivertech for over ten years and couldn’t be happier. The owner even trumped through the snow on a Christmas Day to get my elderly mother’s unit back on line! Great value for the price.

Brandon Roberts from Rivertech heating and air conditioning was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He arrived on time. Customer service was extra ordinary.
He took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit and fixed it. Also, he informed me what to look for and when necessary maintenance are needed.

I will be calling Rivertech again because of employees like Brandon. Job well done.

These guys are great and HONEST! which is the most important !! They came out when they said they would and worked hard and did a fantastic job! Everything looks and feels great!! . Service was great and Danny was wonderful. He told me what I needed to know without pressuring me to buy products. He was fast and efficient, checked my home for carbon monoxide and let me know that if I did need certain parts that they had them in stock and it would be a quick repair!!

Rico is super conscientious and helped us when no one else would. He was able to figure out and install a heat exchanger from our A/C unit to our pool pump which is heating our pool without paying high energy bills. Couldn’t recommend Rivertech more!

This company replaced our HVAC unit 3 months ago. We followed their advice on size of unit and other details. Fast forward to now when the summer heat has arrived, the unit does not cool property. After placing a service request to figure out the problem, their technician basically told us we have the wrong unit for our house, even though we followed the company's advice at the time of replacement. So we blew thousands of dollars on a unit that isn't appropriate for the size of our home. If you do give this company a try, I highly recommend a second opinion before following through with any large purchases or services.
