During the cold spell we had and my heating unit was not warming and was on Auxiliary, I contacted the company and the Technician walked me through how the unit works so I felt more comfortable but the unit never seem to recover so I called them back and someone came out that day, my unit needed a coil replaced. The repair was made and my unit was working like new. Will call them every time I have issues.

I had an issue with my unit on the weekend. I called and the tech was able to make it out the same day. I originally asked what the cost would be for the service call which was $79. He failed to mention that there would also be a $59 diagnostic fee, and they charged me $250 for a run capacitor which I can order online for $18 plus shipping. I called around to other competitors, and they all quoted a more modest amount of $35-$50 for the same part.

I was happy with the quick response, but I'm very unhappy about being charged over $400 for a 25 minute job and an $18 part.

I have used Southeast Air systems each time I move to a new home for my HVAC units, gas piping, and water heaters. I have always had exceptional service and recommend them to all my friends and family. I have known many of the employees for years and trust them. They always recommend what is best for my situation at the time of service. They are always willing to work with me and always do the right thing. It makes me so sad to see a bad review on a company’s page. When I do, I always do my research and check the validity of the review. I was shocked to see a negative review for Southeast but then when checking further, I found that some individuals can never be satisfied and want something for nothing. Always read all reviews and make your own judgment to do what you feel is right. This company has been around for decades in a family that would give you the shirt of their back and has a history to show it. I would highly recommend Southeast and I can back up my review. 5 ⭐️ ‘s!!!!

Danny — greatest guy I’ve ever met

We always enjoy Rick when he comes to our place. He is so easy to speak with and we know he treats our home like it is his own !

You call, they come, period! All of the ladies in the office are charming. It is like Wendy is an old friend. Today Chris came out and serviced the HVAC. He is very experienced and since he has been in the air conditioning business for 30 years, he knows exactly what to look for and what to do. That much experience leads to satisfaction with doing an excellent job, and friendliness. He answered every question I had and showed me what he was doing. I had no idea how badly the little fins on the outside unit were clogged up. I could literally peel off chunks of dryer lint lodged between the fins and on the surface. He quickly removed the mess. He then showed me exactly how to adjust the clothes dryer vent to prevent so much of a lint build up. He didn't have to do that, he could have just gotten into his van and left. I can actually hear a difference in how the fan runs since getting the maintenance. This company is great, and that is not something I often say.
==> Here I am a year later, Luis came out this time and adjust and cleaned our heating and air equipment. He also cleaned the dryer vent. Dryer vents get clogged up with dust and cause many house fires. Anyway, it was included with the service, at no additional charge. Luis is a happy and proficient man that completed the service, showed me photos of the dryer vent pre and post cleaning, and the information regarding the different aspects of the functioning equipment. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt on the aluminum fins of the HVAC unit, which I watched him clean off. When all is said and done, you can't beat One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

My mother called last Wednesday afternoon for emergency service on her HVAC unit, which was not working. A technician named Chris came Thursday afternoon (a very prompt response, considering the extremely low temperatures and icy conditions), and evaluated her unit, took pictures of the broken part, and showed my mother exactly what needed to be repaired. He returned Friday morning with the necessary part and had the repairs done quickly. Chris showed Mom the broken part and helped her reset her thermostat. She was very impressed with the service and the technician. We are grateful that her home is toasty warm now.

One hour has done my HVACs PMs, maintenance and installations for many years. Wendy in the office goes way over and beyond to make sure the work is done in the time frame quoted. Rick is outstanding for PMs and maintenance. Terry and Jacob just installed a new unit and was very pleased with their work and how they answered questions that I asked.

I have utilized One Hour several times now and have been pleased each time. They try to come as quickly as possible & have reasonable prices. Emily, who has since left to pursue other interests, was first tech. She was great. Chris has been the one to come out each time since then. He is fantastic. He explains everything & gives rationale behind it. He worked on my AC few wks ago & warned me that it is not likely to keep up with hot temps coming because the unit is 20 yrs old. He was correct. So after AC running 79-80 I called them 1st thing Monday morning. Terry & Jacob installed a new unit on Thursday. Dustin came on Tuesday to give estimate & see what to order. Wendy got on it and ordered parts to be arriving Wed afternoon. She told me about when Terry & Jacob would be arriving and how long it could take to install. They worked hard for 8 hours minus a very short lunch. Wendy and the other ladies up front are great. But Wendy "feels your pain" and does everything possible to get someone out as quickly as possible. Great company. Great customer service.

Terrible service from this company. The first visit to fix my AC cost $650.00. A day later it still didn't work. On the second visit, they replaced a part and billed me another $700.00. This was over 2 months ago, and my AC still doesn't work. Stay away!

Our AC went out Monday night. I called One Hour Air at 8:30 Tuesday morning and they fixed it before noon. $250 for part and labor. Excellent service. Will certainly use One Hour Air again.

Our AC went out and we had One Hour come to check it out. We ended up getting a new HVAC system. We paid exactly what they quoted us. When the furnace didn't turn on the first time we tried to use it (weeks later), they came right out and fixed the issue. They arrived within their time window every time and everyone was friendly. Specific shout out to Chris who was very polite, friendly, and explained everything. Would recommend this company!

I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs. During extreme weather conditions our unit started acting up and it just so happened to be a holiday week. I contacted One Hour about the issues I was having and requested a service call. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and they came out the same day and had the unit repaired the next day even with a part having to be ordered.
