One Hour Heating and Air did a great job on my residential HVAC service. Dustin was super thorough on diagnosing my problem and made the right adjustment. I joined the maintenance program because it’s a good value and makes good sense

Of course my heat would go out on one of the coldest days! And on a weekend! But Roman was here within an hour, had it diagnosed and up in running quickly. Roman was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. Although I will need additional repair in the coming days, Roman was sensitive to my need for heat and now we are toasty.

We needed to replaced our old HVAC system in our church due to age and issues with the old unit. We called a few companies to get an estimate but one hour AC Service seems to be the best of all they came out and gave us an estimate that was right within our budget. They out at the earliest convenience after approve and did the work. Everything turns out great, we now have a new HVAC system installed in our church and we were happy with overall service. We would recommend this company to anyone for services.

I needed someone to come out and look at my unit, it did not seem to be heating the way it should. They sent someone out and fixed my unit and I may also get them to install some gas logs as a back up heat source for the winter

John was great - helpful, nice, knowledgeable and was able to find a solution to our issue in minutes.

Service was great and would use them again. My only complaint is their antiquated payment system. First, they mail you an invoice and then their preference is you either mail or physically bring them a check. Who under 40 years old has stamps or writes checks? They have no way to pay online and if you pay over the phone with a card they add 3.8% extra.

On one of the hottest days of the summer the A/C stopped working. I called last night and they were here by 1:00 PM today. A/C back running in less that 30 minutes. Titan is the best.

Went out of their way to help me with a air duct that had fallen down in a crawl space from a rotted floor and needed to be block off temporarily. I will be using them in the future when I fix the floor and put the duct back up. Great people to work with and very honest.

I had a great experience working with Jerry and the whole team at Titan Heating and Air. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and I highly recommend Titan.

I was past my 1 year warranty and Thomas sent the gentleman out to fix a leak in my coil which would have cost me in labor and coolant probably around $500 I assume. He ate the cost for me, I found that to be very professional that they stand behind their product and service like that .

I contacted Titan to provide an HVAC install on my new construction home. Upon first contact, I provided them a professionally designed HVAC plan from Energy Vanguard from which to make their quote. I was assured that they would have no problem installing this plan and were fully capable. They provided me an acceptable quote and I thought everything was ready to go.

A couple months of progress proceeded with my construction as planned. Then, a few days before scheduled HVAC install, they started criticizing the plan design I provided them, telling me it won’t cool my house, insisting I needed more ducts, longer runs, more turns, different registers, (a more expensive system), etc... They were basically suggesting that I violate every single principle behind the HVAC design that I already paid a real HVAC design expert $1400 for. My HVAC plan designer is one of the nation’s top experts who TEACHES HVAC design and travels the country doing ACCA conferences, etc. All of their objections were based on 1980’s HVAC philosophy. They wanted to use the “eyeball it” approach.

Then, if that wasn’t enough, Titan changed their quote on me at the last minute and told me it would cost $5,000 more if I wanted them to install it. Absurd and unacceptable. Now I’m stuck without an HVAC contractor scheduled, delaying my construction progress, and likely costing me more money due to the delay.

Not once did they ever provide me a sound reason or alternative Manual calculation to justify their stance. They simply decided in the 11th hour to charge me more money and could never cite a legitimate reason for suddenly adding $5,000 to their quote. They strung me along and jerked me around bad.

I have an older heating unit in my home that quit working...went years relying on space heaters to warm my home because I was told it couldn't be fixed...would have to be replaced..Contacted Titan...they sent a tech (James) ..a very nice polite and respectful guy out and he had my unit up and running same day....would absolutely recommend Titan for anyone needing fast and dependable service..thanks guys for putting the heat back in my home !!!

Rodney and everyone at titan are amazing crew !

Bought a home and the 38 year old HVAC finally bit the dust. Called Titan Heating and Air (recommended by a friend) and explained what happened and that I was in a pinch. Spouse is sickly and cannot be without a HVAC for his health. Titan Heating and Air got our new system installed, removed the old system, within days. Cannot thank them enough, had to avoid a medical emergency with the spouse. Now we plan to have them maintain/service the unit to keep it in pristine condition so it lasts a long time. Hats off to Jerry and his crew, they are all amazing. Pride in workmanship and ethical. If I had to do it over again, I would still call Titan Heating and Air.

After attempting to fix my dinosaur unit to make it through one more winter, we decided it was time to replace. Jerry pointed me in the direction for financing and the next day we were ready to go. The installation crew arrived on time and had the job done in about three hours. Just in time for another cold snap. :)

Johnny did a great job replacing our condensation pump. Highly recommend Titan.
