Rodney Pedigo was so communicative ; extremely helpful with my questions and helped me price my duct work !

We just had our HVAC unit replaced by Titan. They not only were less expensive, but they also have a better warranty and were able to install the new system the day after we made the decision to go with them. All of their folks were friendly and professional, and they registered the unit for us to activate the warranty. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service provided by Titan. We had a problem with our AC and they came out same day to address and quickly resolved the issue. Tech John Clark was courteous, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend

Paul did a great job when he came out and really went the extra mile to address all of my concerns. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my system and shared knowledge on how everything worked in a way that I found super helpful.

As for the company itself, their pricing is very straightforward and fair compared to many local companies. I'll happily keep using Titan for all of my HVAC needs as long as I am in the area.

I appreciate how friendly the technicians were, but—unfortunately—politeness didn’t translate into results. After paying more than $900 for what was supposed to be a complete repair, my AC is still showing the same symptoms. Throughout the process I struggled to get clear updates, and the final invoice differed from the estimate with little explanation.

In short, nice people, poor follow-through. Until their communication, billing transparency, and quality control improve, I can’t recommend Titan Heating & Air.

We were in the middle of a major reconstruction and were hobbling our 20 year unit along. Jerry Gordon gave me a quote in July. The day the construction ended in October, the old unit failed and my unit was installed the next day. For below the original quote. They installed it perfectly.

I can't believe the unit. Even though this unit is a single stage and not energy star rated, I never hear it run, the app shows it has only run 7 hours in 11 days and every room is the same temperature now. I cant wait to see my electric bill next summer.

I was deciding between Carrier and American Standard. Hands down American Standard. It is literally a Trane. The owner's manual actually has Trane on it.

The companies selling Carrier, Trane and Goodman were way over priced. This unit has top rated components and a stainless steel heat exchanger. Titan is the only company I found that included a 10 labor warranty. Having Titan install you an American Standard is a no brainer. Full stop. Thank you Jerry. (I constructed the box around the unit after the install.).

Titan Heating and Air installed the HVAC system for my home builder. The evaporator/blower in the attic failed within the first year after completely rusting. The outside condenser also made horrible buzzing noises. Titan came out multiple times and charged me for various repair ervices until eventually one of the repairmen discovered that the original installation wiring was done incorrectly. They never credited me the costs of all the repairs which were their fault to begin with. They even charged me once more after they said they would give me a complimentary follow up.

I have retained the services of Titan Heating and Air Conditioning for over eight years. George and his team have reliably delivered their quality products on schedule and within budget. Rodney Pedido’s expertise in sheet metal fabrication has been integral to the success and timely completion of our projects, contributing significantly to cost efficiency. I confidently recommend Titan Heating and Air Conditioning for their professionalism and reliability.

We had a great experience with Titan Heating & Air! Our oldest, 20 year old HVAC system died and needed to be replaced. John came out and gave us personal attention while helping us pick an efficient system for our situation. The installers did a great job as well! We look forward to having an ongoing relationship with Titan as they service our HVAC units. The attention to detail is what we really appreciated.
