Had a few different services out to get some sort of heating/cooling installed for my house.

Unfortunately, while a good house, everything about it upside down, backwards, crooked, and inconvenient.

Dustin came out to take measurements and put together an estimate with a couple of options. He was extremely nice and friendly, didn't talk to me like I was stupid, nor mention any of the quirks of the place like some of the other services. Which did play a roll in my decision making.

Poor Dustin was also very patient and essentially had to hold my hand with all the questions I had, because I just know nothing when it comes to houses and doing this sort of thing.

The guys that came out were also super nice. I get optical migraines, so every place in the house and light bulb is insufferably dim, but they had their own lights for what they needed. They were very quick and efficient, and one of the men was also nice enough to let me know when they were done in the main area so I could let my dogs back in.

And, I wish I had gotten the name of that man-- he's the one who installed the heads. He absolutely has putting those in down to a science. I am so wildly impressed that he managed to get one installed in the living-room. It truly fits perfectly, there was no room for error and he absolutely nailed it.

Wendy at the office was also very nice and helpful. All of the communications with her and Dustin were very quick and efficient.

Given the lack of space in the crawl and attic, we ended up having to install a mini-split with two heads. My husband was rather cynical about it.

But, so far, we've only had it set on the 'dry' mode and it is truly shocking how cold it feels in the house vs outside on just that setting alone, which seems to have won him over.

I'm looking forward to see how it does throughout the more serious summer heat, but at this rate it does seem as though it'll really keep up!

Rick came out on behalf of One Hour Heat and air here in Chattanooga. He was not only courteous and friendly, but very, very very thorough. He is the service manager for this company. I highly recommend if you have to call the company, that you ask for Rick.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. To begin Luis is friendly, professional and honest.
I previously went with Metro for my HVAC needs and they were constantly trying to upsell me, telling me since my coils were rusted I needed to replace my entire system for $13k.
But Luis with one-hour was honest with me he said "no we can just replace the coil, everything else on your system is working".
One-hour has made a life long customer out of me.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Rick, one of their service technicians. He came out to repair my downstairs unit and not only resolved the issue quickly, but also went above and beyond by identifying and addressing a separate issue with my upstairs unit. Although I had only scheduled service for the downstairs system, Rick took the initiative to handle both problems in a single visit, saving me the hassle of multiple appointments.

This company installed a unit on our new house. Less than 2 weeks later it has gone out. They first say they are going to come out first thing in the morning and don’t get to the house till 10:30am. Then they spend all day working on it and don’t fix it. Then say they are going to come back the next day and do not show up and will not answer the phone. If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would.

My local One Hour Hvac service provider is very professional and has great service. I’m especially impressed with Rick one of their technicians that is service me for several years. He finds good things to take care of for preventative of maintenance as well as just repairs.

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐One Hour lived up to their name with call back, same day service call and installation of replacement blower motor the next day. From Wendy's response, and Trent's assessment of the problem, Dustin was able to complete the repair without any complications. They used phone and text to make things simple for all.

Roman provided an excellent job cleaning my coil and allowed it to run properly. I would rate him a 10 out of 10. I would recommend his service and this company to all my friends.

I've used one hour before, I have the maintenance plan with them. Roman came out today and was very professional and efficient. He got my furnace working again.

Dustin Taylor has just solved a problem that has been going on for the last 5 years. He was here to service our unit because it was not heating. After 5 minutes in the attic he discovered that our electric heat was never hooked up from the start. All this time our unit had never used the electric heat and the air has never been warm air that has come out of the vents. Thanks to Dustin for figuring out what’s been wrong for years. I will always ask for him when we need a service call from One Hour! He is professional and very knowledgeable about his work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
