I called Titan back in the hottest part of the summer when my son was having a problem with his system. Was given an estimate the same day, which was very competitive. Had a couple independent guys tell me there’s no way a large company could do it for that price with the parts & labor warranty that was included. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done, cleaned up their mess, explained everything so that we knew how to care for & maintain things to prevent problems in the future. We got exactly what was needed & when the job was done it cost exactly what they estimated it would. Very very pleased with our experience with Titan Heating & Air. Highly recommend this company for all your heat & air needs !!!

I've had great experiences with Titan Heating & Air. They replaced the heating and air unit at my house. The quality of their service and people were outstanding. They were so easy to work with so I also had them replace the units at my rental property.

I recently purchased Mitsubishi Split Type AC unit. Titan has installed all my units in my house and have also provided great service through the years. I only exclusively used Titan HVAC in Chattanooga. They are professional, have excellent prices and really outstanding service 24/7. I would highly recommend.

My daughter had an issue with air conditioning drain line. Robert from Titan came to the house and i met him. He told me what was reported to him. After making a few checks he traced it to. the drain line going across the back drive. He cut the drain line where it came out of the exterior wall and the line towards the drain pan drained completely. Robert was very knowledgeable and very respectable. Ask for Robert

I personally know the owners of the company band they are good hard working people. The HVAC tech, Robert C. successfully diagnosed and fixed my problem. Got my A/C back up and running and clearly explained what the issue was. 5 stars.

I hate negative Google reviews. However, I've tried to work with Titan's management for over a year on pressing issues with units they've installed and maintained. Today is the last day after it took them four visits to troubleshoot what the last technician told me "was a simple issue to uncover." Titan has a few knowledgeable techs, but the rest of them are never on the same page, are always in a rush, and frankly don't care about doing the job correctly. They don't check historical account data or don't appear to have a CRM tool that allows for it and their service manager & ownership doesn't follow through on callbacks.

We are long time customers of this HVAC service company. Even when we moved to a different neighborhood, we kept our relationship with Titan by having an HVAC and duct work inspection on the "new to us" house. Through the years, they have always addressed our heat and air maintenance needs with our best interest in mind. Most recently Titan replaced our main level gas heat and A/C package unit and upgraded the thermostat increasing our homes efficiency. We will continue to trust their judgement for maintaining the comfort in our home.

Titan has been great to work with! From the first day we moved in and our heat went out, to now that our entire HVAC needed to get updated. Reasonable prices, speedy service, and really nice people.

When our air conditioner died right as we were selling our home, Titan went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly so it didn't affect our showings. Then after it turned out to be a larger underlying issue with the system, they were quick to return and make the whole thing right. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Terrible. They installed for our new build several years ago, including mini -split units upstairs. For years running now there's been one unit that hasn't worked, they've made numerous trips and nothing has been fixed. It's something beyond their capabilities and George (the owner) would gladly replace the defunct unit with a new one...at my expense. They also broke the cover of the unit while trying to dismantle it and promised to be back to fix it. Needless to say, I'm still waiting.

Titan Heating & Air replaced my existing unit so quickly and efficiently. The neighbors even noticed and wanted their contact information. The installers were very polite and did a wonderful job. From the first conversation to completion, everything went as agreed upon. I haven’t been impressed with a company like this in a very long time. I had a FANTASTIC experience with Titan. Not only did they have the best price, they were the only ones to inspect under my house as well to make sure the job done was thorough. Great communication about expectations, and everything was done on time in a short schedule. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got my install scheduled. Added bonus is the five-year labor warranty they offer. No one else I asked to bid offered one. That gives us peace of mind! Highly recommend Jerry and his team.

AC stopped working on or rental and Josh did a good job of diagnosing that pump to condensate pan had no power. He tested the plug and then connected to alternate power source and all working fine now. Reasonable price and quick. Will be my first call every time for both our properties.

This the first time using Titan. They serviced my heat pump and got me ready of the summer season. Johnny didn’t a great job, no problems. I’ll use them again.
