They showed up within a reasonable amount of time in the set appointment. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to not only fix the problem but check the rest of my system to make sure that everything was in order.

I highly recommend Stans Air Systems LLC. They respond right a way to my call, showed up promptly as scheduled. The problem was fixed and the system was checked a few times before they were out in less than an hour! We will definitely use Stans Air Systems LLC in the future !

Stan's company worked well with the insurance company. My unit was damaged when the tornado 🌪 came through. The technician was very courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend this compant.

I've been doing business with Stan's HVAC for at least 5 years and for very good reason. From Stan himself to each of the men that come to provide services, they are a professional group with high quality standards. Always courteous, thoughtful, and helpful. They are well run with calls to schedule appointments and follow up on service. I've had to replace 2 units and Stan's prices are competitive and he only uses reliable brands. It's a pleasure doing business here.

I've used these guys twice so far. Last year, my serviceman was Buzz. I can't compliment him enough. Nice, talkative & informative. Had to use them again recently. Ya know, just like dealing with car issues, the cost of repairs are astronomical. Even for older units. So I bought the part I needed and had a knowledgeable person help me fix my own unit. I saved myself four hundred dollars. But I would use them again if I absolutely had to.

Had a wonderful experience with the folks at Stan’s. AC went out, requested repair online before hours. Had a call back shortly after 8am. Estimate done by 11am, repair complete by 3pm. Will be my go-to HVAC shop going forward. Looking to them for a rip and replace in the Spring. Fair prices, quality work, no pressure. Top-notch.

We have been customers for over five years and have zero complaints. They are always on time, nice, honest, and the price has always felt fair. They kept our old AC unit alive without pressuring us into buying a new one. We eventually bought a new one from them and signed up for their maintenance plan. I believe it is a good deal compared to what I have heard other companies charge.

Over the years, I have used several companies to service my unit. I will be sticking with Stan's from now on. Stan's has now serviced my nearly 16 year old unit three consecutive times (all routine maintenance). My unit seems to perform better than it did before using Stan's (could just be me). More importantly, I never feel as if i'm being misled in any way. No suggestions for questionably necessary repairs, etc. Buzz answers all my questions and gives helpful advice. If in the future , if he tells me that my unit needs some sort of repair, I will have no problems believing what he says. Don't let the low number of reviews deter you. This is a good company. Additionally, Buzz has always shown up on time or slightly early: much appreciated.

I've been relying on Stan's Air Systems for the past 13 years. Their yearly maintenance program was very helpful to keep my HVAC running. Finally my 19 year old air conditioner bit the dust. Stan Miller recommended an American Standard for the replacement and Stan's team installed the unit and boy are we happy. Terrific price and installation, I would highly recommend Stan's Air Systems if you have problems with your HVAC.

The service that I received from Stan they came out service my unit it cost me almost $1,300 in July came back in September they had already charged me $300 for a thermostat in my house and here it I have sk them to come and check it out It's blowing cold air and they want me to pay again$85.00 again July, September,and now January had me waiting for Week now Monday.

I never write reviews. This is probably my first one, but these guys are worth it. I called several companies and received the best quote from them. I also didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell anything to me. They arrived when they said they would (actually were able to get started a little earlier than I was told). They stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, which only took about a week from the time I was given my estimate until the unit was installed. Lastly is the customer service that we received. The crew seemed genuine, completed the install in a timely manner, and didn’t leave any trash behind.

Professional, reliable and quick! Top notch experience from start to finish. We know good businesses when we see them and these guys are first class. We will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to our neighbors.

They told me they assigned Cesar as the technician to assess my issue with HVAC not working properly.Cesar let me know he was in route to my house and kept me updated through the whole process. Cesar was very professional and very knowledgeable about issue. Cesar had issue resolved quickly and it was checked to ensure it was working properly. Absolute best HVAC company in Chattanooga!! These guys always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I've dealt with at least a dozen different local hvac companies in the last 10 years. Had some type of issue with just about every one of those so I kept having to look for someone new. I've been using Ryan for the last 5 years on multiple properties. They always deliver 5 star service. Keep up the great work!

I was having a problem with my a/c freezing up. I called Ryan Heating and Air. They sent Cesar promptly to my house and he diagnosed the problem quickly and solved the problem in no time. And for a reasonable price. He was respectful and well mannered. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We can’t say enough good things about Noah Ryan and his team. During the initial visit to assess the replacement of our 20 year duel fuel system Noah was very personable, professional and his attention to detail was extremely impressive. The unit was scheduled to be installed on an extremely cold December day. Noah and Tyler worked tirelessly to get the unit installed and us back up and running. Again his attention to detail was amazing. He also took the time to explain the new system including the new humidifier and thermostat and to answer all our many questions. We later had a couple of concerns and Noah was very quick to come back and address them. My husband and I could not be more pleased with this company. We are building a home and hired Ryan to install the HVAC system. Yesterday everything was completed and it works fabulously! The professionalism of all the workers while they were here was outstanding. They’re all very polite, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied during every step of the process.
