I Use ONLY Rivertech for ALL my heating and air needs. They are always extremely professional, on time and I have never had any issues with their work. Very reasonable on pricing as well. I am 100% happy, every time, with their service!

I would like to say that Rivertech has two of the most difficult qualities to find in a business today....perseverance and patience. We needed to install new split units on the top floor of our 1929 house. The install was fast and professional, but we instantly ran into problems with the units, error codes and malfunctioning. After a few failed diagnoses and service visits, they finally diagnosed the problem and worked with us to find the best solution to get the units working while respecting the aesthetic value of our home. The whole time, Rivertech's technicians were concerned about our experience and our satisfaction, and we all worked together to find the best solution. We felt that we remained a priority even though our old house and its quirks were not making the job easy for anyone.

These guys are the best. They take care of my business, rental properties, and personal home. The office is always responsive to emails, calls and gets a tech out quickly to resolve issues. Rico, Danny and the whole crew are great to deal with. I highly recommend and its always a plus to deal with a family owned business!

They didn't show up for not one, but two appointments. No call, no show on the day of an install.
Maria was very rude on the phone even though I was polite. When I asked to speak with the person who was originally helping me (Jennifer, who was very nice!) Maria said no, and essentially hung up on me. She also declined letting me speak with the manager about getting a 10% discount on our $3k job after the hassle of two missed appointments. Very poor customer service.
Update-- Maria called back and said owner said no to any sort of discount. Definitely going with a different company.

Rivertech was great! We had 3 estimates and they offered a larger AC unit for less money. We were replacing a 52year old unit with no air and the first estimator had a more experienced person take a look to make sure they got it right. Thanks everyone, you were a pleasure to work with.

Rivertech did a wonderful job installing my unit. The unit went out one day and they were installing a new one the next. Very pleased. Their staff was honest about whether I should make the repair or just go ahead and replace. They gave me the option for both. They cleaned up their mess in the yard as if they were never here. Can't say enough good things. -Ryan

We had them come out and give a quote for replacing our split level unit about three weeks ago. He gave us a great quote and was able to setup replacement in just four days. They arrived Tuesday morning and were completed by 4pm that afternoon. They did an excellent job despite the fact that my attic entry was so small to get the air handler up there and were very knowledgeable about their work. Our upstairs AC is 110% better and the wife and kids are happy too lol. I definitely recommend Rivertech to anyone who is on a budget and on limited time for replacement or repairs. Spot on service and they are honest with you.

Called them to get a second opinion(thanks to my beautiful wife) on an AC unit repair/replace. Diagnosed the leak in 5 minutes. The other company(Malone) didnt even check for the leak, they just told me I probably needed a new unit. Saved me thousands. Appreciate the integrity, and I will never use another company.

These guys are great! We’ve used other heating and air places before but we’ll keep using RiverTech. Great professional service and they’ve fixed the mistakes of the people we’ve used before.

I just want to say that we called RiverTech again to fix an issue and they did a fantastic job yet again. They also submitted the replacement part to be covered by warranty (even though they didn’t do the install) and only changed the fee to show up. Great people at this company!

Tech was absolutely amazing he was quick and thorough so I would give him 5 stars. I would’ve given it 4 stars (but for the tech) because a 50$ part shouldn’t cost me $412.00. I wasn’t informed u til after the work was done that I would be charged an up charge for them working on Saturday. I would’ve waited until Monday no problem. So I didn’t feel that was right but one of the owners called me to apologize for the lack of communication and was willing to remedy the issue right away. It’s business like this. That creates repeat customers!

We just had a new Trane system installed yesterday by Rivertech. They were by far the most reasonably priced (and for a higher end system than others quoted). It's very early, but we already noticed a difference in cooling and humidity levels in the house. The variable speed system is quiet and seems to be very efficient.

The installers were fantastic! They were personable, professional, and dedicated to finishing the job even though it was late in the evening when they finished.

So far, I think we chose right with Rivertech!

We have used Rivertech for several years now, first, having a new unit installed, periodic servicing, and recently, when we experienced a storm power outage that caused some thermostat issues.

Rivertech has been very accessible, reliable, and professional.

As always, AMAZING service! The owner came out to give provide an estimate. He was very honest and made the best reccomendation. They then sent 2 full crews (4-5 people) the very next day to replace my dead HVAC. I would only use Rivertech as we have over the last 10 years.

I am very pleased with the response to diagnose problem and get the special part in a timely matter. I am also very pleased with the repair tech. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the office people made some mistakes, including changing the cost significantly. I had to call 3 times to get part ordered and to get on the schedule. Bottom line-- I will still call them next time I need service because they are the best company I have used.

I was really impressed with Tyler and Rivertech as a whole. Tyler was prompt, professional super nice and knowledgeable. He took a good look at my unit, made some adjustments and suggestions and he was on his way. Unlike other companies I've dealt with, he didn't try to force me into buying a new unit. The service was quick and satisfactory, and I am happy my unit does not turn into a block of ice when I run it anymore. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I did not receive a follow up call after the initial visit and had to schedule the return trip myself, but I was otherwise pleased with the experience. I will use Rivertech for all my future HVAC needs.

I’m a single woman and new to the area. My heat went out from the snow storm. It took 5 days for the company I have been using and pay a monthly membership fee with to come out! They told me my unit was done and I basically need to buy a new 10,000.00 unit from them! I called Rivertech for a 2nd opinion, they came out the very next day, and fixed it for 95.00! Amazing company with honest employees! To say I was thankful was an understatement! 10/10 highly recommended! Thank you again!

Rivertech was great. Had to replace entire HVAC due to age. Best price around by thousands of dollars. Product was in stock and they worked around my schedule. Stellar warranty, guys were on time and thorough. Showed me the issues with the old HVAC unit and the difference of the new one. Definitely recommend this company moving forward.

This is our second year using Rivertech for our HVAC needs and I will tell you they do not disappoint. Great communication, we know prices, when they are coming to our home, they text us when in route, answer all of our questions, and they do great work. If you ask me I'll suggest you call them. We've been using them for our seasonal check ups and this time we needed some repairs due to varmint issues. They came out and looked at the problem, gave us an estimate, we scheduled a time for the repairs, they were here on time and got the job finished quickly. Great company.

I was in a jam. My warranty company replaced my downdraft oven but couldn't find anyone for miles to install it. Chris and Richard from Rivertech came to the rescue, friendly and professional, and had it working in no time. Chris even called the next day to make sure everything was perfect. Very satisfied and impressed with the work and customer service!
