After a lightning struck our HVAC unit, Reliable diagnosed the problem promptly with very little wait time, and assisted us in getting a report to our insurance agent with a few days. A new system was required, which was scheduled to install the next week during a very busy ac season with hot weather, and was installed on time. Reliable did a great job at every step, work was completed per proposal, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Everything seems to be working fine now - in very hot weather.

Reliable has been the best HVAC service I could hope for. Service is fast, professional and I highly recommend them. I have been with them 23 years, same system still doing well.

A bit pricey for a transformer but the diagnosis was good. Ive been out of the field too long I guess. Technican was knowledgeable and friendly. Will call again if needed.

Thermostat was dead when we woke up and called Reliable at 8:00 and they showed up by noon.. technician walked up and down our three stories so many times my head was spinning.. found cut wire in basement and replaced thermostat.. did a great job and very timely especially with the weather turning cold

Said was super friendly, very professional, and thorough. He actually found some plumbing issues as well that could have caused a lot of damage. I was very thankful for that. I definitely recommend!

Tyler Luthy did an excellent job and was very thorough. His written report was detailed. He noted a very slow water leak in a condensation pipe which we are watching. This is probably the most thorough inspection we’ve had.

From the sales people to the service people, everyone was so accommodating and knowledgeable and polite. They each went out of their way to be sure I was taken care of and all my questions were answered. Rather than trying to upsell me, they recommended a product that would meet my needs. They were very ethical. I appreciated that so much and no pressure from the salesman! This is the 2nd home where we have used their service and products and we are completely impressed with their standards of service! Highly recommend them!

I’ve used them three different times now and have been so pleased. Their prices are great, and they even come on weekends. They came yesterday (Sunday) and fixed our heating issue so quickly that I had to leave a review this time—they are great!

We had a technician come and check our HVAC unit to see if it needed serviced. Chris came and checked everything out, even the duct work under the house to be sure there weren’t any problems. Chris was so friendly and professional. He is very knowledgable about his industry. Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning will always be our fist call. What a great company and staff.

Another service told me the issue with my heat was large and would be $1500 minimum to fix and that he would recommend I start looking at a new unit, which would start out around $10k. I called Reliable for a second opinion, which they offered for free, and they were able to fix the unit for less than $250!! Also, they said our unit is great and we should try to keep it as long as possible. They're now my go to and the only one I'll recommend!!

This company is just the BEST! From the sweet, helpful, compassionate lady that answered my call. To the quick service call from the man named Shane (i think) within 30 mins- and he could have also been stuck in the snow too! But he made such a strong effort to be here for us and got to the problem very fast! All I can say is they really deserved 10 stars- if I could give it! They might have saved this old couple's life too..it was freezing that week

Reliable installed our first AC system in 1992….house built in 1894 and never had AC. We were very pleased then with the whole experience but particularly with how they listened to us and were very creative getting that initial installation of equipment and ductwork to fit and effectively function in this old house. That system finally wore out two weeks ago and we called Reliable to give us a quote and ultimately install yesterday a replacement AC system. Our experience with Reliable for the new install went very well again… Including initial meet with estimator Chris and the related planning, all the way thru with the installation crew yesterday with crew chief Justin….. again they provided timely quality workmanship that required creativity for this old house. I just want to commend them. They have saved me many a times! Heat went out last night and they were here this morning a little after 8am after I placed an after hours call. Great company, great people, great service!

Never called back

Tim is great. We have called him multiple times to come out an fix our unit which other companies had only wanted to replace. He is very honest and a straight shooter. Highly recommend if you are looking for an experienced repair man not a HVAC sales man. Give him a call.
