Was charged 1400 dollars to have my kitchen sink and washing machine plumbing fixed. Was told everything was in working order. The kitchen sink still didn’t drain. Then was charge another 300 to unclog the sink. Would never use again. The name it’s under is my wife Sydney smith

John came to my residence to remove an old gas line that went to a wall heater. John was very professional and ensured everything was done correctly and left the work areas clean upon departure. Their pricing is fair and they are very responsive.

John & Mitchell came out to replace our water heater & they were very professional and the price was hard to beat! When our faucet needed fixing there was nobody else I thought to call except for Chattanooga & Battlefield Plumbing. They are now our go to Plumbing co!

John was wonderful! Was quick and on time. Save us about $590 on a quote that was given to us by another company that wanted to preform work that was un necessary. We will definitely be using Chattanooga Plumbing again!

C&BP dispatched him quickly after I called about a leaking pipe around my water heater, and he expertly located the source of the leak and repaired it with skill and attention to detail. Listen, I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but it’s absolutely necessary this time. Today we realized we had a leak somewhere under our kitchen and it appeared to be a bad one. I tried calling three or four other plumbers and no one could come out until late next week, then I reached out to Chattanooga and Battlefield and they had someone out to our house within an hour. And, even better, the two guys who came were awesome. They fixed our problem in less than an hour and were very diligent in the process. I simply could not be more satisfied than I am with their response time and work. Thank you!

Called Chattanooga Plumbing with a water heater problem. They were responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. Service tech John was super in resolving the problem and getting us back up and running. Can’t say enough about their/ his responsiveness and quality of work. Great job!

Chattanooga and Battlefield Plumbing has been to our house twice to help fix our tankless water heater. They were able to make it to our house the same day, were prompt and professional and fixed our issue. Prices were extremely reasonable. We will absolutely call on them again should our finicky water heater act up again. Thank you!

I had an issue with a tankless water heater. I called on Friday afternoon and Bonita scheduled service for Monday morning. It was my choice to wait until Monday. John and Austin arrived and quickly found the issue. The required part was ordered for rush delivery and installed on Wednesday morning of Thanksgiving week. John texted during the holiday weekend to make sure everything was working as it should. That goes above and beyond, and was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to John and the entire company.

Great service! I can’t thank them enough for helping fix the water leak at my house and driveway I first talked to Martin over the weekend he was very professional knowledgeable patient said they had a leak detector and assured me someone from the crew would be there soon he was upfront about the cost and process. The ladies at the office Bonita and other staff were also kind and professional the crew that came out and cut into the driveway found and fix the leak and pour new concrete did a great job. I am so thankful I kept calling down the list till I reach do you have a customer for life and I’ll recommend you to everyone. Thanks again

Had an issue with my kitchen faucet and Chattanooga and Battlefield Plumbing sent Scott out to do the work. He fixed the issue very quickly and was friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely use this business again in the future, and would definitely recommend Scott

We used this company to install a small, under-counter grease trap and repair some plumbing leaks. Everyone we spoke to or worked with was extremely courteous, helpful, and responsive. They were willing to help come up with creative solutions to make sure everything worked and fit smoothly. They arrived on time, did excellent work, and charged a fair rate. We would definitely recommend this company.

I called and explained what I needed (not an emergency). Estimator was at my home next day. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and spoke with much appreciated candor and honesty. Bonita (in the office) answered all my questions satisfactorily and handled scheduling for me. The two plumbers arrived on time on the scheduled date and were capable, cordial, and well mannered. They installed the unit in the time frame provided and cleanup up well after themselves.
I also received a handwritten card after my install!
I will call Chattanooga Plumbing next time I have a need or issue.

Called Chatt & Battlefield Plumbing about tankless water heater leak on a Monday. Explained to serviceman we had just had a small leak repaired under house that was discovered on a Friday so we turned water off to house of a while til other plumber could repair.(they didn’t work on tankless so we called Chatt & Battlefield plumb). he looked at it for 30 seconds tapped the heat exchanger and said “it busted”. I asked if it was under warranty, he said no. (Without even checking). He said he’d have to replace unit. $4100. I scheduled replacement for later in week. After he left, I check and the heat exchanger WAS under warranty. Called another tankless water heater plumber, he diagnosed circulating pump went bad because of turning off water (it circulates water automatically every 30 mins). He replaced pump, good as new.
Chattanooga & Battlefield are in the business of selling NOT repairing!

I needed a couple of toilets replaced And John and Jon from Chattanooga/Battlefield plumbing came out the next day when they said they would. They were neat, clean, professional, and got the job done quick and easy. It’s about my fourth time using these guys the last time I forgot to review them so let me fix that now…
One star is fire them. Five stars is the best.

We have used this company several times for plumbing issues. They have always been willing to come out as soon as possible, reasonable on rates, very friendly, and provided good service. We will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I cannot say how great full I was to find this company the day before Christmas Eve and they sent out a man name John. He was the sweetest man. He did what he could do while the pipes were frozen. He came back out a week later and fixed a busted pipe and made sure that the hot water was working before he left. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone needing any plumbing repairs done and at a low cost as well. Thanks and John!!

I'm normally not the type to write reviews but for this company and for the two guys that came out to my house tonight, I'd fly to the moon and back! On super bowl. Sunday my toilet and tub on the lower level started backing up and overflowing. I called this other company and they came out and basically told me if they could fix it, It would be $93, and if they couldn't it would be free. So they ran some equipment unclogged my pipes and had me flowing back again. I thought great, this was the end of my problem. That was until this other company, and I'm going to continue to call them other company just for the sake of not bad mouthing people, came back out four days later to run cameras through the pipes. The said they were checking to see if there was an underlying cause to my backup issues. So they ran cameras in one direction and came to a blocked area. Upon finding this blocked area we went searching and found in the yard that there was a clean out pipe that led to my sewer that did not have a cap on it. So with our a cap it is where my son had been putting toys, dirt, rocks, balls and piece of rebar even. You name it, It was impacted down there. Upon seeing this, the other company told me that if I could find some way to unplug it, yes my pipes might work but that I was already beginning to back up again and that they would need to replace that pipe and then 10 ft of piping leading to the city sewer pipes, which is 4 and 1/2 ft down in the ground. The others were going to charge me $4,200 to do all of it. I was left shocked not knowing what to do, so I called a friend of mine and he recommended that I get a second opinion and to call Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing. He said that they were amazing people and that they would not do me wrong. So I called them today and they came out and unplugged all the items from the pipe and then flushed it. They then ran their camera to show that there was no damaged piping that needed to be replaced and that everything was going great. They gave me an amazing deal. They worked in such a timely fashion and these two "old guys" Martin and Bill were the real saviors of my day! What I was once told would have to be replaced and would cost me $4,200, which I was looking at possibly having to finance, now only truly costed me $650. These two guys are so smart and we're so creative in the ingenuity that they had to use to get some of these items my son had placed in this hole that was now causing the clog. If you ever need a plumber or a second opinion, I highly highly recommend that you use this company and I can tell you one thing from here on out. If I have any plumbing issues, they will have my business 100%, and with a 6-year-old little boy and a 10-year-old girl, I'm sure this is not going to be the last time I see them. But, at least I know that if I have to call them, I can trust in them to shoot me straight and not do me wrong!
