Highly recommend. Everyone at this company was a pleasure to work with. Juan gave a n estimate and Alex completed the work. Professional high quality work at market rates. Very good communication with office team and owner and Juan and Alex made sure to communicate progress during removal of and replacement of water and sewer line from the house to the meter and road.

It started with our tubs and toilets backing up. I tried to snake them myself but it didn't work. A friend recommended Patriot plumbing.
Pellas Hill arrived the next day. After checking he recommended that it be snaked to the septic tank. I had not been able to get that far with mine. He confirmed that there was a very bad clog just before our septic tank. Long story short, he and his helper Dale end it up having to dig up our septic tank and pumping it. He and Dale took the time to dig it up by hand. This saved us a tremendous amount of money.
At every step Pellas keep us informed as to what he was going to have to do. Feeling like he was trying to really help us made the whole process a little better.
I would recommend Patriot plumbing to anyone. Of course the cost was high but that is just the way it is I guess.

Great job replacing a shattered sink attached to a granite countertop. Vince, Demetrius, and Evan did topflight work and powered through how difficult the job was. I highly recommend Patriot Services for your plumbing work when you need excellent care taken for your job. I might add these guys were nice, intelligent and well spoken and took great care inside my home with foot covers and cleanup. 5 Star job and crew.

My water utility company informed me that my usage had increased to over 10,000 gallons, and that water had been running continuously for at least 72 hours. I called Patriot Services. Bernadette listened to my explanation, and told me that I had to get Underground Leak Detection (company name) to locate where the leak was, and mark the spot. She gave me their number. Sam from Underground Leak Detection located the leak right in front of the meter box, and marked the location. When I called Patriot back to schedule the repair, Bernadette initially scheduled it the next day, but then called back to say she had a plumber available to come immediately. Eric Brown and Eyan Mitchell texted me a heads up when they were 45 minutes away, then arrived on time. They had all of the tools and parts needed to complete the repair on that visit. They kept me informed every step of the way, and only started work after giving me a firm estimate of the cost. I was very well impressed with their skill and professionalism. Patriot Services is a class act. They'll be my go-to choice for any plumbing or HVAC problems from now on.

The work was done in a timely manner. When your technician called me after the inspection, he laid out clearly the work that had been done as well as pointing to any potential problems. Great job!

I was very pleased with my annual plumbing check up completed by Dustin Handlon. He Was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and answered all the questions I had. He completed repairs on my downstairs toilet and completed videos of my pipes as I requested, which gave me peace of mind. I am very happy with the service I received from Dustin. He did a great job!

We called Patriot over the summer because our HVAC wasn't cooling properly. The tech who came out was very nice, and performed a maintenance that we were charged over $400 for. This tech mentioned that we had a leak in the vents in our crawlspace, but didn't identify where it was coming from or how much it might be to fix it. They attempted to upsell multiple services to the unit itself. After they left I went into the crawlspace and saw that one of lines was completely disconnected, and with the help of a friend fixed it myself. How this wasn't included in the price I paid for the service or even correctly pointed out to me is really confusing.

We bought a maintenance or service plan, which includes a free maintenance for winter. Before we were able to schedule this (our fault, not theirs. They attempted to schedule a few times), our heat went out. When I called, they said they could come out for a service fee, but their maintenance appointment scheduling was pushed out a month or more from now.

They came out and said our inducer motor needed to be replaced. The cost of that would be $2,400-$2,500, and that was a good deal because we had a plan with them. They also suggested a few other things to bring the total well over $3k. I have very little knowledge about hvac systems, but this seemed high to me, so I paid the service fee and said I would get back to them.

I called one other place in town who quoted me $875 for the job. They came the next day, replaced the motor in about 30-45 minutes, and our heat has been working perfectly. Patriot communicates well and has friendly techs, but the pricing I was given was downright horrible compared to the competition.

Giving two stars because of how quickly they came out, and that the techs were friendly. The issue with the unresolved vent in my crawlspace and them trying to VASTLY overcharge for the motor replacement keep it at no more than two stars, which honestly may one too many stars.

I strongly recommend anyone getting a service they're not an expert in to get a second opinion or shop around to find a fair market rate.

Purchased a foreclosure. Sewage piping was external, froze and busted. Patriots only solution was a $35k quote to reroute the plumbing through the slab. Perhaps thats the “right” way. However, we had another plumber fix the busted pipes for $2k and the tenant who was living there was able to use their toilet faster.

I reset our thermostat settings not knowing it would reset the whole system. James walked us through reprogramming it all over the phone and then called later just to make sure everything was right. He was very kind and very knowledgeable.

Alex Rawlings is the man.

He came out and delivered the worst possible news that my drain field is bad. He called his company and went to bat for me. He explained the process. He genuinely cared.

Its hard to find people who care abkut you and not the bottom dollar & Alex is one of them.

Another wonderful visit and service call with Patriot Services. Ryan was exceptional. Make sure we do exactly what was going on and all of our options. Great company! Ryan is a great technician.

My heat was struggling so I called to get Patriot to come look at it. Had a tech at the house the next morning, and he made some simple adjustments to get my heater working well. Didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Seemed very honest and straightforward. Extremely happy with the service I received!

My daughter needed her septic tank pumped. Dustin and Demetrius arrived ready for the challenge of locating it in rocky, packed soil. They efficiently scheduled the actual pumping (performed by another company) during their break. They worked tirelessly all day. They are highly-trained, personable professionals. During the project, they shared recommendations for the future. After completion, Patriot Services always emails pictures of the entire project.
Dustin and Demetrius easily earned this 5-star rating. I am thankful they were the ones assigned to this task.

Scheduled appt for diagnostics, confirmed appt mid day, and still no one showed up originally. After calling late in day someone was sent out.

Next day I was quoted repair of $2247.75 for a blower motor by Anthony Pinion. This was a 350% mark up based of my own research of the part cost as a consumer.

Called another company and had it replaced next day for $800.75.

Do not use if you care about your money.

Anthony showed up on time, listened to what I had to say and then started his troubleshooting, he found the issue quickly. Then Anthony double checked the rest of the system to make sure and found another issue, both under warranty so he replaced them within 1 day. Anthony was great to have working on this system. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me before proceeding and gave me plenty of options.

I was very happy with todays visit. Pallas Hall came to look at everything and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I Thought I might have a frozen cracked pipe because water pressure was low in a few sinks. As it turns out a Water main was down a few streets over. However, I wanted my pipes wrapped and for all of my pipes to be looked at just in case I did have a frozen pipe because it’s been below freezing for most of the last 10 days. That does not usually happen where I am, in Chattanooga TN., but it’s February 2, 2026 and the whole eastern part of the United States is having terrible weather It is very very lucky that things went this way because a very small leak was found in the sewage line and it was only visible because I’ve been running my sinks so long So now we can be proactive and fix that section of the sewer pipe that is in my crawlspace from a 1964 house before it turns into a nightmare leak and I have poop is all over my crawlspace. They will be coming in a couple of days to wrap the pipes and replace about a 2 foot section on the current drainage pipe. So grateful the small leak was found. I wouldn’t have noticed it until it really ruptured and smelled.

Jonah was my service tech and was great to work with. He explained everything and had my new hot water heater up and running in a couple hrs. Thank you.
