Jonah and Dustin did a great job!! Highly recommend! Called out to replace an out side hose bib that seals didn’t hold up in for the 4th time! They ran into a struggle removing the old one! Of course nothing can be easy! They took it like champs and made it work! The best/worst part depending on who you ask! After the install they went to do the home walk through to check all my faucets, drains, water heater etc. and low and behold I had a leak inside my garage wall behind the water heater! Great!! Without missing a beat they remedied that situation while on site! Left the site clean as well! Couldn’t have asked for more! Courteous, professional, great attitudes! Thanks again guys! Hopefully my high water bill may come down a couple dollars!

Pallas did INCREDIBLE work at our home. He was so helpful and did a great job on our water heater repair. Answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will absolutely call this team every time we need any work done!!

Pallas was our tech and he is incredible. Polite, knowledgeable, and a good human. He helped us understand before we even had to ask questions. It was a complex job with discontinued parts. Pallas found a solution that is professional and will last a very long time. Highly recommend.

Maria, Sammi, James M., Tara have all been very helpful in addressing issues we had with our two heating units. The office team always does a great job of getting someone dispatched quickly and they’re always friendly. James and Tara came out and worked hard on improving the capacity of one of our units and a few other items that needed service. James was thorough and thoughtful to share tips to assist our efforts in making our home more efficient to heat. Tara caught an equipment issue that likely saved us trouble down the road. We appreciate that Patriot services our cabin as it’s a drive from Chatt. Thanks for your reliable service. Thanks, James, for your work and knowledge shared on our units.

Vince, the technician was taken aback when the valve removal in the Rinnai tankless water heater unleashed a torrent of water that poured all over the garage. It took him over 1-1/2 hours to clean the mess. He did a good job of cleaning the water and apologized. Seems like he was inexperienced with this type of work. He had to call his manger Carlos to get directions.
Unpleasant experience that wasted a lot of my time. Unlikely to use them again.

Chris and Carlos were great to work with. Got the sewer line clear and found the root cause of the issue. Carlos is even going to help me work with the City to repair the issue found, providing them images and videos directly.

I had a broken water valve in my irrigation system. Pallas at Patriot did an outstanding job of addressing the issue. He was a pleasure to work with. He clearly knows how to do plumbing well, and he did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and what didn’t. Highly recommended!

Definitely ask for Steven Walker! Great guy, quick, thorough, and very personable! Plus Hiller is actually reasonably priced…all in all a great experience. Would highly recommend! Also just called for A/C (it broke down): Daniel Quirk was great! Quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to figure out the warranty details, found the parts needed to fix the A/C and was back and fixed it within about an hour. Would definitely recommend Daniel/Steven/Hiller to others!! 5-stars!

Late last Friday night I received a text from one of my tenants saying that the old water heater at my rental finally gave out and that there was water spewing all over from under the unit. I’m sure that many of you know the fear and terror of having something major like an hvac or in my case a water heater go out on a weekend and in the middle of the night none the less. 😅 Luckily I’m a Happy Hiller Club member and I gave them a call. They sent out their technician Stephanie who was on call that evening. Can I just say that Stephanie is a wonderful Tech! She had great communication during the whole ordeal and had a new water heater up and running within 24 hours. My tenants were happy and that makes me happy. Great service! James arrived right on time. He was polite and friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Our AC went out on 7/3/25 and we survived July with 2 window units for our entire 3 bed, 2 bath house. We paid another company for an estimate only to get an estimate of around $2k for a replacement part.

On 8/5/25, my husband spoke with a client who worked for Hiller who sent a repair man out same day, quoted us HALF what the other company quoted and our AC was running again within 2 hours. We cannot thank Hiller enough, and the tech was amazing, polite, and very efficient.

Said is excellent at his craft and knows exactly what he is doing. He is very honest and upfront. He fixed everything in less than an hour! We are back in the “cool” thanks to Said. God bless! You have represented Hiller well. I will most definitely call Hiller for any future needs and wish for Said to come help us.

Extremely professional and diligent. I was expecting to spend so much more on my issue but got out spending pennies on what I expected. Ask for Jordan, he’s extremely knowledgeable and quick to fix your issues.

Hand them out several times for an HVAC. Every time it was the runaround charging for the calls every time. Issue wasn’t resolved. Called a local HVAC guy out. It was a bad compressor. Fixed in the next day for doing it.

Hiller does top notch work. They are reliable and prompt - professionally working in my home efficiently and neatly.

Christopher is very intelligent and really cares about his customers and Hiller itself as been outstanding and reasonable price and I’m the kind of man that I hate to have any one do anything for me but I’m pleasantly surprised! Willard Miles!
