First time using Hiller. Very happy with the service we received from Jose. He was on time, gave us an estimate before repairs started and got the job done timely.

Chris and Josiah were very professional and did a great job repairing our septic tank. They worked hard to get the job done especially with all the unexpected issues that kept popping up. Thank you for a great job.

David came to our home to give us an estimate on a new HVAC unit. He was prompt, professional, informative, and friendly! His estimate was fair and even included extras that we did not expect. We definitely recommend Hiller!

Edit: They reached out after I posted this and said they'll dig deeper into what happened and how they can prevent it for others in the future -- which is all I was trying to accomplish in the first place. I'ma update the rating but leave the review.

Their technicians are great, but their systems and staff could use some improvement.

I got a threat of collections notice out of the blue seven months (!!) after the service date, with no attempted communication in-between, despite them having my email/phone.

When I called about it, and suggested maybe they take a look at their automated invoice system (I can't be the only one this has happened to, right?), the person kept saying "I'm not in the accounting department". Yes, no, I get that -- but can you pass the message along to them to look into it? "I'm not in the accounting department."

Fine. Whatever. Paid the invoice, never working with them again.

Jose was absolutely amazing! Professional, kind, and courteous. Fixed the problem quickly, answered all of my questions, and finally price was very fair. Highly recommended!

Chris and Joey came out and emptied my septic tank. They were very nice, explained everything to me. They had to dig for a while to find it and it was covered in rock. They never once complained they got the tools they needed to finish the job and were back really quick with them. The price was great for all that they had to do. I would highly recommend them and iam very satisfied with the job they did.

I had issues installing a water pressure regulator due to the threads on the fittings, and while I can confidently do a lot… yea I wanted a professional hand working on the water main line. so I called Hiller and an polite lady at the call center directed plumber Chris Neibert to the place, and really turned my weekend around. there was no extra charge for a saturday day visit and he arrived early and ready to go. he was extremely respectful and although his knowledge in plumbing obviously far exceeded mine, he was not at all dismissive about my questions and concerns. he was fun to talk to and confident in his abilities and in the company he works for. I trusted him and felt comfortable and safe with him around. while I have never worked with Hiller before, we will unquestionably be regular customers when the need arises. Chris is a great plumber and a very cool guy, and per the experience and the reasonable pricing, anyone he works with at Hiller for plumbing or non plumbing work is definitely okay by me!

Steven and Josh were incredibly professional and very insightful. They had my problem diagnosed in minutes and were able to answer all the questions that I had for them regarding the issues. Needless to say if I have another HVAC problem I hope to see that it is them knocking on the door. Hiller has earned itself a repeat customer because of these two gentlemen.

Christopher Hancock was fantastic and his customer service was top-notch! He called me multiple times while I was at work to explain his findings and was patient with me while I asked several questions. He was very careful to minimize damage to my yard. The price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Christopher to anyone in the region with septic system needs. Thank you!

This company and their techs are AMAZING!! Cristopher had my hot water heater replaced in record time and it was the holidays! He was kind, trustworthy, an absolute angel. The same can be said for Eli and David and all the techs they have sent out for various different issues I’ve had as well. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

my son had issues replacing the water pressure regulator under the house, so we called Hiller Plumbing and a very sweet lady at dispatch sent out Chris Neibert, who was an absolute lifesaver! although it was a saturday afternoon, there was no extra service charge for a visit. he arrived early, he was very polite and professional, and he already had all the extra parts and fittings we needed in the truck. having someone like Chris helped to put our minds at ease and really made me impressed with the company, although we had not ever done any business with them before. the prices were pretty reasonable and I am glad to have a business like this with nice professionals to help with our extra home maintenance needs!

Jourdan was amazing. He’s fast, thorough, and knowledgable. It didn’t take him long to find the defective part and have our HVAC back up and running. We use Hiller for all our personal HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs.

Hiller Plumbing provided outstanding service to repair an issue with a sewer pump they installed which was under warranty. They originally installed the pump 1 year ago, but there were some issues with the pipes and the pump since the installation. They stood by the warranty and made it right. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I really appreciate everyone who came out to service my sewer pump.

I cannot recommend Cris Neibert highly enough. When our water heater failed after a pressure valve malfunctioned — something that could have easily caused major flooding and significant damage to our home — Cris stepped in immediately and truly went above and beyond.

He worked tirelessly, staying late and putting in long hours to make sure everything was replaced properly and safely. He didn’t just “get the job done” — he made sure it was done right. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave us complete peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation.
