My gas water heater was irregular. I called on a Monday morning after I saw it leaking at the bottom.
They arrived in about 15 minutes. They were so courteous and efficient. The 27 yr old water heater was upstairs. They drained it, carried it out, and replaced it in about an hour. The price was very reasonable.

Travis did a great job for us! He was super knowledgeable over the phone, asked all the right questions, and diagnosed our problem with our water heater with no issues at all. He was super fast and upfront with quotes and we are so happy with his professional job with our water heater replacement. Everything was super smooth, and he even did a completely contact-less service. Great experience, and would recommend!

Enjoyed my experience with this company. Prompt, professional, and thorough in their service. Exceeded my expectations. Because they stock many parts and product. Was able to be up and running in less than a day, which was of great importance to us given we had out of town family coming for the weekend.

Great bunch of guys! They were courteous and honest about our water heater. They could get it running, but it was on its last leg so we chose to replace. They offer 18 months no interest with approved credit and the process took maybe 5 min. After approval they came back out with our new water heater and had it installed in just a couple of hours. Friendly service and a more than fair price.

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I called at 11:00 a.m. on a weekday, and they arrived at my house (30 minutes away) before 1:00 p.m. And they arrived with the uncommon natural gas, power vent tank that I needed, along with the plumbing pipe, fittings, and hoses necessary for the install. While onsite, I asked them to replace my pressure reducer, which they also had on hand.

I'm totally satisfied with the work done by these men. They work with a sense of urgency, and they are skilled plumbers. A+

I paid roughly twice the amount I expected, but my pricing expectations are, admittedly, dated. If I did pay too much, I still think it was worth it. Where else does one find a qualified plumber to drop what he's doing so he can replace a water heater? Good luck if you don't hire Chattanooga Water Heater Company.

Travis and the team replaced my water heater about a year ago and did a great job. They were very professional, courteous, responded quickly and very time efficient in their work. I recently had another issue which I thought was my water heater leaking, but it turned out to be a pressure regulator valve that had gone defective and caused the water heater to pressure relief. In between this event we again called upon them and they were able to pinpoint a water leak and repair it very quickly. These guys are great and I will continue to endorse them and utilize their services in the future. S. Fraley

Called them with concerns about our rusted water heater. They showed up with all the equipment needed and had our water heater replaced and installed the same day in under an hour. They did a great job and answered all our questions. The new water heater works great would 1000% recommend these guys.

Today, we discovered our bottom element was not working our hot water heater. We called Travis around 2pm and they came at 4pm to give us an estimate. We accepted the offer and asked when it could be swapped out. We were thrilled when they said today! It only took about an hour and it was seamlessly efficient.

Excellent service and fairly priced!! Other companies quotes were crazy high and charged extra for the drip pan and the disconnect box, this was included with Chattanooga Water Heater and they were still $800 less than 2 big name companies. They did the work in a little over an hour and replaced the pressure relief valve as the water pressure coming into the home was very high. This was also $200 less than others quoted. Fair pricing and friendly service, that’s a winner!
