Technician Jacob Newman came out and did a thorough inspection. I was offered several different options and he explained each in detail. Two thumbs up!

First toilet repair was way more expensive than we thought. "Brett Nicely" put on the pressure for a 5-star Google review mentioning his name, and since it seemed like he had solved the initial problem, I went ahead and gave him one. But after he was gone, the toilet quit shutting off after flushing, and we had a constant trickle that wouldn't stop without help - a problem we didn'thave before the first repair. Second visit to complete the work was at no cost, as it should be, but we kept having the same problem. Same pressure for a 5-star Google review, and I think my wife may have given one. Third visit seems to have finally solved the problem, but with a sales pitch about how we need to replace the house's plumbing to really fix whatever went wrong with the toilet from the first repair. Yeah, right. Now the toilet doesn't flush as well as it did before this all started, but I won't have HEP touch it with a 10-foot wrench.

They recommended and preformed a $1300 dollar smoke test without even recommending pumping septic tank for a smell. What a waste of money. Also left my dryer vent taped up which is a fire hazard.

We have fluorescent light fixtures that needed to be converted to LED. Mr. Josh Williams gave us a quote in a timely fashion and completed the work efficiently! We truly appreciate his work!

Jacob Newman and Brett Nicely came to my house today to give me estimates on my plumbing, HVAC and insulation. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything so that I could understand it.
I would recommend these gentlemen and the company for any of these needs.

Jacob Newman and Tyler Caldwell were at our house this afternoon to do a maintenance check on our HVAC. They took their time and were very thorough in their explanation of the system and requirements going forward. We have been looking for an HVAC company and their BBB rating convinced me to give them a call. The company was quite responsive and I am very happy with their expertise.

Jacob Newman was awesome. Showed up on time, was professional, put together and quick with his diagnosis. Couldn't have had a better experience. Nice this man a raise!

Advertised half price service. Were at my home less than 30 minutes to repair a pin hole size leak. The drywall was already removed exposing the leak. They charged us $662 for their service. Less than 8” of pipe, and 2 couplings! They were extremely rude when questioned on the pricing. We were told they would refund a portion of the fee, then rushed to cash the check the day of the service. We were never given an invoice. These people are crooks, and karma is a real thing. Please check around before you decide on a company. Lesson learned!

We went through a big box store online and the response to us was with in minutes. We need a new HVAC system. The next morning we had a person out to talk to use. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable. After we made aor decision to go with HEP heating and cooling an appointment was made. The next morning by 9:00 am the crew was at or home to start work. Great crew! I would recommend HEP heat and cool to others.

Patrick McGraw was fast and friendly! Our hvac system didn’t want to connect with our new Google nest thermostat but Patrick stuck with it until he figured it out. Definitely recommend.

My heat pump started freezing up over the weekend and I was able to get HEP in on Monday to diagnose the problem and they even determined my unit is still under warranty so I just paid for shipping and labor. Jacob Newman was my technician and he was so respectful and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I highly recommend HEP to anyone. I have attached pics of the problem I was experiencing.

Avoid HEP Plumbing at all cost. Earlier this week, I paid them $500 to snake my line, but it didn't solve the issue. They then quoted me $1,800 to replace the plumbing stack—a job worth less than $400 and turns out the clog was past that anyway and the $1800 would have made it a total of $2,300 and it still would not have fixed the problem!!

I called Roto-Rooter instead, and they successfully cleared the line for only $220 and did NOT need to replace stack.

Save your money and use any plumber but them.
I had a 'Great experience' with Roto Rooter. Call them.
