Travis and his team were honest, quick with service, and did great work on our new heater. They know what they’re doing and they are able complete the work for a fair price. Of the five local quotes we got they were one of cheapest options without compromising on quality or wait time. Excited to have hot water within a day of getting the quote!

Had to replace water heater last minute late in the day, they came out within 30mins of being on the phone and got it replaced very quickly. All other companies wouldn't be able to come out for a day or 2. The other companies also wouldn't give any details about pricing over the phone, but Travis went into every detail about the job on the phone, including quick estimates and the price stayed true to what he said. Very impressed and recommend to anyone in need.

These guys are great! Very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and reasonable. Response time was amazing. I highly recommend this company. The great part is, they carry replacement water heaters with them. So it’s all done on the first visit. No waiting!

About 8 am this morning (9/8/21) I discovered my 13 year old water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called Chattanooga Water Heater Co. and spoke with Travis, he told me what to do quit leaking and they could be out later today. He and Kendall arrived at 12:00 pm and at 2:15 pm we were back in business with a brand new Rheem 50 gal. water heater. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. Cleaned up and hauled off old unit! YES, I would use them again!

Hey Chattanooga. If you ever need help with a water heater, call Chattanooga Water Heater company! I’ve unfortunately had to interact with a lot of contractors lately, and they were great. I just needed my water heater moved - other contractors wanted to charge nearly 4 times what they charged me, and they moved it the same time they came out to give me a quote. I’ll definitely be using them when I need to replace my water heater!

Chattanooga Water Heater Co gave me an estimate that was identical to another well rated service provider. However, Travis with CWHCo both educated me about my water heater, explained the cost of fixing vs replacing, and how it compares to the water heater they will use to replace it.

My unit was from 2009 and I had been nursing it back to life for a couple of weeks taking the occasional cold shower.

Travis had everything needed to perform the swap on hand. It was just under 2 hours total from the time they (Travis, His Father, and childhood Best Friend) arrived to inspect my water heater, educate me on my options, provide a quote, complete the install, educate me on the new unit and take payment.

Locally owned and family run. I will use them again and again.

Their communication was prompt, and they replaced the water heater in less than an hour. It’s rare to find a high level of service and professionalism these days, but they are truly top notch.

This company is A-1 in my book. I called around 2:30 in afternoon and they were able come out later in that evening. They explained and showed us the condition of our old one. They also went over the pros and cons of different water heaters on the market. They took our old water heater out and installed the new one and finished the job amazingly in hardly an hour. Cleaned up the area and also took the old water heater with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed .
