We needed a plumber asap and have been ripped of multiple times by Roto Rooters with the 75.00 automatic house call fee (not like you could take your plumbing to a store location) and then to find out your "labor time starts when they leave the previous site.. not when they arrive at your house.. I don't know that didn't stop to eat, or grab a slushy.. That's not Labor I have caused and should have to pay for it.. my dad is a city plumbing inspector so I've rode along enough times and helped him enough that I know a little bit about plumbing.. but at 95 lbs I can't left, set o ring and align a toilet alone.. my dad is battling cancer so we called truline.. and I will never use another company.. they were amazing, did an awesome and was prompt on arrival.. the prices are beyond reasonable and the plumber was as friendly as talking to best friend.. so this is the company you want to call.. they charged me 100 bucks for a simple fix and roto rooter would have 160 just to get an estimate in the repair.. I'm addition to price.. SERVICE WAS GREAT.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRULINE PLUMBING..

Don was wonderful we called him for we thought was a major issue and he actually walked us through fixing the leak over the phone! We do have some minor plumbing that need attention and he is going to come by when he has some down time. That 10 minute phone call has gotten our loyalty for as long as Don wants to work!

My pressure regulator developed a serious leak on a Saturday evening which required isolating the water supply to the house. Truline Plumbing worked late in a very confined crawl space to restore my water. I highly recommend them.

Great Help over Memorial Day Weekend. Had an Emergency with sewage backing up in the the shower and comode in our finished Basement. Don and Warner worked through the weekend to fix the issue. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Truline saved the day once again! I own a salon and spa in an older home and all off the sinks and toilets started backing up all over the place on my busiest day of the week. I called Don at Truline and he responded immediately! The guys were great. Very professional and a reasonable price as well. They had everything fixed up and we were back up and running within just a couple of hours! I highly recommend this great company.

Don and Warner at Truline plumbing are prompt and courteous. They are easy to get in touch with, which is very convenient. Warner is knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work around your schedule as much as possible. They stand by their work and will do what it takes to get the job done to the customers satisfaction.

I was in an absolute mess. I have an older home that needed all kinds of repairs and field lines . Basically like starting from scratch. Roto Rooter came out..poked around and scratched their heads. Thank goodness I called and got Don ! Him and Jim came out super quick, came up with a plan and were back that same week to fix me up. Don was super responsive and him and Jim are just amazing people. Honest, reliable, quality service. I'll never call anyone else. Highly recommend!!!

They did an awesome job. They were able to install a new unit the same day. Our old one was 17 years old and finally sprung a leak in the tank. Highly recommend them if you have water heater issues. Also great to support a local company.

This company responds quickly and is very professional and courteous. I called them late in the evening and Travis answered the phone and was very helpful with explaining what would be included with a new install. They installed a new gas water heater for my mother. They arrived when scheduled, finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. Also, hauled off the old heater. I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they're doing and do it for a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, efficient, ontime, and very easy to work with. They explained the pros and cons of different types of water heaters and patiently answered all of our questions. I called for an estimate on Monday and they came out that same day. Our installation was not an emergency and the water heater was fully installed by Thursday. Great Job!

Travis and his dad responded to my initial inquiry immediately and made a trip out to our house in Chattanooga the following morning. They arrived early and took a good look at our original water heater before presenting my wife and I with some options and their recommendations. Ultimately, the most cost effective option for us was to replace the water heater entirely, and I appreciated that Travis didn't try to sway us one way or the other. He simply gave us the information and options and gave us space to choose what made since for us. From start to finish, Travis and his dad were here for about two hours, and we now have a new water heater that works beautifully. Travis and his team were very courteous and very efficient. Im glad they were able to accommodate to check and replace our 14 y/o water heater on the same day I called. I purchased a water heater from Chattanooga Water Heater co over a year ago.

Last week I was doing some work on the house and my pilot light would not come back on no matter what I tried. I looked up ever YouTube video/instruction manual I could find online. I spent a couple hours doing this to no avail. Then, desperately I called Chattanooga Water Heater co (AT 9PM) to try and schedule an appointment so we could have hot water again.

I'm not sure what his name is, but he is the son of the company founder, but he didn't try and take my money, which he could have easily done, but instead, got one facetime with me and walked me through it step by step (about 20 minutes worth of his valuable time). This company is absolutely world class. I was extremely pleased whenever they first installed the new heater last year and I am even more pleased with the customer service after all of this time. This is the kind of company that I would want working on my moms house. They are honest people.
