Working with Hiller has been easy from scheduling and pricing to installation. Eli was very professional and social. He explained how he was going to do the work and gave me choices. I felt comfortable with him in my home and trust the work he did.

John did a very thorough job fixing our toilet today in our apartment. He had to reset and redo the toilet and it looks better than before. He was on time and explained the issue clearly. Thank you for your help!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The electrician showed up exactly when he said he would, was professional from start to finish, and immediately got to work diagnosing some issues I’ve been concerned about.

What stood out was how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He didn’t just glance over things—he carefully inspected the situation, explained what was going on in terms I could actually understand, and gave me clear guidance on what steps to take next.

Hiller has done a great job with recent repairs at my home twice throughout the year which have spanned septic, electrical, and water. The work was done correctly, affordably, and as efficiently as possible with each repair. There were no billing surprises and we are were able to effectively budget to prioritize repairs while still having functional fixtures within the home.

Eli was professional & understanding of our circumstances & project. It was an estimate at this phase. Update Project was completed well of two bidet seats in Primary & Guest bathroom with two electricaloutlets added. Also became a club member.

The only thing we are now awaiting is Eli's call back, as it was noticed one of the two outlets installed don't match the other outlets in the home. I am not sure how that came to be other than the one in Al's bath was square, but the hall bath was rounded... We wish them to match.

Hiller came out, quoted me a fair price, and Jordan said he could dig up our septic and clean it out the same day! He dug it out by hand and had it pumped out in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Hiller without question!

It’s rare when you can say you feel good about spending a bunch of money on emergency home repairs, but that’s exactly how I feel after working with Hiller. We had previously been ghosted by another company that apparently didn’t want to do the work to figure out where our septic problem was. From my first encounter with Jose (who came to diagnose the issue), to meeting with the project manager, to having Dale and Matthew complete the work - this was an easy process. I never felt pressured or talked down to. They kept me informed when unexpected problems arose (from how our system was installed years ago). They were quick, neat, and honestly best of all - SO NICE. Like I don’t know how this company can find people who are both so competent and so nice but keep it up! Dale and Matthew are the dream team.

Chattanooga drop down to 24° and it was a perfect time for my HVAC system to stop working! I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to get somebody out that day! The technician Tito was great. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

My husband and I are first time home buyers! We are in the process of closing here soon. I reached out to Hiller to get all 3 services for my potential home. Setting everything up was easy. Got my appointment and workers were great with estimated time. My issues came after the job was completed. I’ve been asking for an estimate on services needed since the 18th of this month. I was only given an estimate on the camera services needed for plumbing. Contacted Hiller they informed me that only the seller can have access to the estimate. Ok cool. Although I paid for these services and set the appointment. Last night I was contacted through Hiller and finally the seller approved me for estimates. Yet I’m still only seeing the camera estimate that I’ve had access to all along. I’m needing the estimate so I am able to close and ensure that I have the amount need to cover over all repairs that we were definitely letting Hiller complete. I’m very dissatisfied in the fact I can’t have an estimate of what all is needed. I have pictures from them outside of what the camera is needed for but no estimate on anything else that’s needed.

This company provides great service! Had John out here to fix a toilet today and he was friendly, professional, prepared, and thorough. I will definitely call them again if I ever need more help with my plumbing.

Prompt service, I ordered my new unit and within 1 day they had it installed. The gentlemen were polite, informative on the new unit and cleaned up the area upon completion. I would definitely recommend Hiller.

Chris Hancock was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process before I had to leave for the office. He kept me updated on his progress via phone. Once finished, he called and broke down the charges before billing my credit card. Will be utilizing Hiller and their wide range of services for all our future home needs.

They came and installed a new 4 ton heat pump system and dehumidifier in my crawlspace. The difference it made in my house was instantly noticeable when I got home from work. They did an excellent job installing the units, customer service was exceptional and a feel I paid a fair price. Thanks Hiller!
