If you ask for this company to come give you an estimate for septic services and get Alex your in Luck! Alex was extremely thorough and even explained everything. Don’t let his young age fool you. Extremely knowledgeable and it shows that he’s great at his job while keeping the customer in mind!

Juan Lopez came by for an emergency situation with our plumbing and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He informed us about general maintenance and care for both plumbing and HVAC. We will be utilizing this company in the future for our home maintenance.

Dustin with Patriot plumbing was at my house in less than an hour from the time I called. He was very honest and up front with pricing. Our issue ended up resolving itself while he was here, so he only charged us the diagnostic fee. He even did a whole house plumbing inspection for us before he left! I would highly recommend Patriot for all your plumbing needs.

We are part of the Patriot Guard and today was a maintenance visit. Service was spectacular as usual. Kind young man with manners. Always informative of what he was going to do and what he had left to do. He offered suggestions without feeling like a used car salesman. Very professional.

Started out with an obscene voicemail from the tech… using profanity is not what I would have expected…
Needed a cartridge for my shower handle… quoted me $635 .. that was to take the shower handle off put in a new cartridge and put the handle back on…
Are you kidding me? This is actually something I could have done but I could not get the handle off…
After questioning the price… it was somehow brought down to $494???? Again the tech was here maybe a little over an hour…..I was told by tech the part was $60… and the service fee is $89 plus an hourly rate? Does not add up at all considering he wasn’t here but an hour to an hour fifteen minutes.. I feel really taken advantage of and will not be using this business again…( spoke to an employee that offered a partial refund of $100…so still $394???) I don’t expect anyone to work for free but I do expect fair…. Only to be told they have a high overhead and they use a price point book/system…..
do not recommend going forward…

Our septic tank is starting to leak some so I called Patriot. Tyler came out and did a quick assessment and gave me a range of options as well as the reasoning behind each. Prices seemed to be in line with what I had expected, and I intend on using Patriot for our septic services. Tech was polite and professional. Thanks!

James and Tara came out to do a diagnostic call and were fantastic. They were thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me very honest and practical advice about the service I needed. After a bad experience with another vendor, I had my guards up, but they were so down to earth and it was obvious they were honest. Will be calling Patriot again when we need more service.

We called Patriot due to a gas hot water issue. They were able to come out the same day. Dustin was the technician. He did an amazing job and kept us updated throughout the process. This was a warranty issue with the water heater manufacturer. Dustin spent extra time in communicating with the manufacturer. We really appreciate his hard work and definitely recommend Patriot! We also signed up for their maintenance program.

Dustin and Trent were awesome! They were very kind, professional, and went above and beyond! They answered all my questions in full detail and were very knowledgeable. We had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced and shopped around, they were by far the cheapest. We’re just thankful that we found them and 100% will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

So it was cold today; and it snowed , and the wind was blowing. Certainly it was the perfect day for my hvac to become on operational. I called the company that installed my relatively new unit (4 years) . Initially said they would come; then couldn’t after an hour. I should say ; the unit has required frequent servicing since installation, but that’s another story another time. So, not wanting to freeze or burst every pipe in our house; I started calling. Some did not answer. Some cited inability to come because of the weather. Some called me
Back and offered maybe tomorrow; we will have to see. One answered, one came, and one fixed the problem. A problem that may have been the issue and cause of repeated issues prior. The service technician was courteous, helpful, and precise about his work. As a bonus; I am currently not freezing with my family while listening to the pipes explode. I want to offer you some advice, if you’re in need of rapid assessment and correction of an issue that you need fixed with your hvac; you should consider using this company first .

Pallas and the folks at Patriot services emptied my septic tank without any problems. Pallas was great at explaining the process and the advantages of becoming a member. I contacted them on Wednesday and they were out Thursday morning to look everything over and the pump truck arrived Friday morning. This was not an emergency and was still able to get my tank pumped within 2 days of contacting them.

James and Eron completed a service today that included a new drainage system for condensation from HAVC. Project done in timely manner. James gave prior info as to what was to be done , then explained in detail after project complete. Eron discovered two small gas leaks and promptly
sealed them. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend
