Had a hot water heater replaced. They scheduled me asap, installation went smoothly. Very happy with this experience, recommended highly!

Martin and Billy came out to my house this morning to try to resolve the question of whether our house was on septic or sewer. We've had a couple of plumbing companies come out and say they couldn't navigate our line. Martin and Billy were prompt, professional, courteous, and they also resolved our problem, finding a line the city didn't have on record.

Chattanooga/Battlefield Plumbing have been our go to plumbing company for the last 17 years. Through the years they have always been very quick and efficient in all their work. Technicians are not only excellent at their skill but at explaining what the problem is and how it needs to be fixed. So grateful that when the need arises, they will be as quick as possible on the job and never have to worry about the quality of their work. From the great office staff, Bonita and LeAnn to John the technician I am confident you would be pleased with their services in the plumbing business.

Excellent job!!! They replumbed our entire house in less than 2 days (2 full baths, kitchen, washing machine (including a new wall box), and installed copper lines on the water heater (and an expansion tank) in pretty tough conditions (very low crawlspace in an older house). They also removed and hauled off all the old pipes and water lines. They were prompt and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!!!

John came out on short notice and fixed my leak so we could turn our hot water back on.
I appreciate that so much. The “Big Name” plumber had charged me over 4x what it should have been, and I still had to call Chattanooga/ Battlefield Plumbing to be able to take a hot shower (if you have ever had to take a cold shower, you know what I mean). On March 18, 2024 I came downstairs to a flooded mess - my water heater died. I called my landlord and he called Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing & I can't tell you how this was the best idea ever. After he called and made an appointment immediately John and Jon showed up like superheroes and save my day -they replaced my water heater. They were so neat and wonderful because they even mopped the water up that was in my laundry room while I work from home. They did not create a mess they were professional and they did the job in a timely manner. I could not have asked for anything more in those two guys I would recommend to anyone who has a water heater issue or any type of plumbing issue they were great.

Chattanooga Plumbing has come to my rescue several times. The last episode was a faulty thermostat on my water heater. John and Austin arrived the next day and fixed it quickly. They were patient with my questions and made sure the water heater was functioning correctly before they left. This company is the best, you'll be very happy with their work.

Only goods things to say about my experience. Mitch was friendly, knowledgeable, and just helpful in general. I didn't get gouged on the price and he was respectful that I had a sleeping baby in the house. Will for sure be using this company again if I have any plumbing issues.

John and John were great. Replaced my garbage disposal that died on me two days ago. Punctual. Friendly. Reasonable price for excellent service. It was great to get my kitchen back to full function so quickly. We have had horrible experiences with other plumbers. Chattanooga plumbing was a refreshing change.

This is the second time this company has come through for us. The first time was with a leak and this time with needing a shut off valve for our new fridge. These guys know their stuff and are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

My water heater started to go out the other day and I was worried between cost, time, and quality. The advice I received before replacing my unit was excellent in trying to reduce my price point which was a big sign these folks were in it to help not just for the paycheck. I decided to replace my 50 gallon unit (which was almost 20 years old) with a new unit and they were able to deliver, install, and haul off the old unit within a few days.the overall cost was well within my price range to replace a 50 gallon unit which I was very satisfied with and the technicians were friendly, informative, and quick with their work (about 2 to 3 hours for the entire process). I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're in need of a new water heater or just a repair.

I am building a detached garage that I had Chattanooga & Battlefield Plumbing bid the plumbing. They had Steve come out and look at the property. He was very informative as to what needed to happen. Since I still needed grade and concrete work my project experienced delays. The office staff, specifically Banitta called me every week to ask if the project was ready for them. This went on for a few months. Once I was ready they had a crew come out and run water and sewer lines to new building. They worked well with my concrete contractor and builder to make sure the plumbing was exactly where it needed to be. I later found out that Steve was the previous owner so that made me feel I was in good hands. If that wasn't enough, I found out that Chris, one of the workers on my project is the current owner. His attention to detail, making sure I had the proper "fall" and understanding everything they were doing was more than I expected. I highly recommend them and will be using them anytime I need a plumber. Thank you Chattanooga & Battlefield Plumbing for owning this piece of my project.

Never would send anyone out or honor a single scheduled time, every time they scheduled with us it had to be cancelled the day of. We were going weeks without showers at this point and called a different plumber who was able to show up the next day no problem. They'll act like you're the problem and you're the one without schedule availability even though they will cancel your scheduled appointment several times before they have time to get around to you. You're better off not relying on BBB scores and just calling someone like Metro, if you're having any sort of urgent problems. I think they want you to pay the emergency or overtime money to get a simple appointment, so they'll give you the runaround until you do.

This company is the real deal - I’ve worked with them multiple times, they are fast, thorough and don’t over sell AT ALL. They have really great customer service and they are all just super nice to work with.

I had my entire pipe system back up and they came ASAP and fixed the issue with a hydrojet clean. Another company had told me I needed to replace all the iron pipes!! Battlefield saved me with a more reasonable recommendation and I haven’t had any issues since!

I have used the services of Battlefield Plumbing several times over the past 6 or 7 years to repair leaks that have occurred at my house (over 23 years old).

The first time was at 9 pm and I had a leak from an outdoor faucet. They arrived about 90 minutes later (I live WAY out in the rural part of the county), made the repair. Even though it was well after hours and they were charging after-hours rates, it was still VERY reasonable.

Over other incidents, the office personnel and the service personnel were always friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) honest and upfront with all information on my repair and always helped me find the way find least expensive solution to resolve the issue.

Today, I detected a leak in the late morning. I called and they said that they had a full schedule but would try their best to find a crew to come out when they finished a current job.

Bonita and Katrina in the office were very friendly and helpful as I'm sure they could sense my desperation since the water had to be shut off to stop the leak.

Shortly after lunch, they called to say that a crew was on the way. Mitchell and Jonahan arrived around 3:30 and after checking in with me went straight to work. They had it repaired in just under an hour and delivered the failed materials. They were friendly, professional, and took time to explain to me everything they did and why.

I've never had a bad experience with them.

Ian was great! He called me 15 minutes before he arrived, as requested. He was courteous, professional and did a great job troubleshooting the issue. These guys are my "go to" for responsive, trustworthy care for my plumbing needs!

Excellent service, as usual! We called on a Friday morning with an emergent need for commercial water heater issue, which resulted in needing it replaced. The technician knew what he was doing, was fast and courteous, too!

We have used Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing twice and both times have been exceptional! We replaced all our plumbing the first time we used them and they were prompt, thorough, and left our house spotless when they were done! We recently had a disposal backup issue that needed some attention. Billy and Martin were amazing! They were kind and very informative with what they were doing and why. Our dogs loved them too! We will use this company for all needs in the future!

We’ve used Chattanooga plumbing several times over the years. We’ve always received professional and prompt service. Recently we had to have a new water heater, the tech had the old one out before I knew it and new one installed quickly. He cleaned up behind himself and even reinstalled my laundry tub sink. The pricing is about the same as the other companies but the service is why I still call them when I need them.
