5 stars isn't enough. I'm giving this young man Mr. Moe Alhijazi 10 stars. He was so professional and he knew exactly what he was done. I will admit when I saw how young he was, I got nervous and I didn't think he could do it. I was wrong and he was awesome. Ray is knowledgeable and friendly trustworthy. When he explained what needed to be done and accomplished it so quickly, I was confident I would not have a repeat of my frozen pipes!

He was quick and efficient,super nice to my kid. He fixed my toilet fast. Tony did a great job!

We had a plumbing emergency at our place of business. They came out on a Saturday and were able to fix the issue enough to get us through the weekend until our septic tank could get pumped a few days later. Communicated well and thankful for their service.

Tony was excellent in helping us with a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional & efficient. He explained everything he was going to be doing beforehand & cleaned up after himself. Recommend 10/10. Thanks Tony!

Roto-Rooter's technician, Aaron, saved the day! Sunday morning after returning from a trip, I was washing a lot of clothes when yucky water started backing up in our toilets and bathtub! It was not a pretty sight! I placed a call to Roto-Rooter and within a short time, Aaron had our problem fixed! Thank you for the great service!

They sent a technician out on Christmas morning to resolve our issue. The young gentleman was polite, respectful and professional. Resolved the issue quickly with minimal fuss and no mess. Absolutely the best!

Tony Caballero from Roto Rooter came out on a Saturday morning and took care of a blockage in our pipes and replaced the wax seal on our toilet. He was informative, friendly and he was able to figure out what was going on very quickly.
{This was after we had another company come out several days before, look at the spot in our basement that had previously leaked and tell us there was nothing they could do since it wasn’t leaking right then. (Their 5 minute visit =$90).}
We highly recommend Tony with Roto Rooter!

Josh was amazing! He came out after hours and cleaned out our drain quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable—especially considering I was quoted $800 elsewhere for the same service. I’m so glad I found Josh and know who to call from now on!

5 stars for the employee Moe Alhijazi! 3 is for the company! It’s a huge fee just for them to come look and then another huge fee just for them to snake it. Although I declined the actual service because it was more than I could afford the employee was very nice and clear on my options and the prices and how to avoid the problem in the future. Any question I asked was answered to it fullest!

Tony was the absolute best. He was very prfessional,patient, and explained what was happening very well. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I have had with people coming into my home.

LaMar did a fantastic job while assisting my family with our plumbing emergency. He explained e erythibg front start to finish while providing excellent customer service his professionalism is outstanding and we'll definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing.

A big shout out to Ray, John, Rudy and Aaron. Had them out to pipe burst under my garage slab to replace a disintegrating cast iron sewer pipe. Got it all done in 2 days even after hitting a few snags literally. And saved me from having to cut up my garage floor. They also got my washer and kitchen drains repiped. I appreciate them all for communicating well and making sure we had service ASAP. Give these guys a raise!

Tony Caballero did a good job representing Roto Rooter. He was honest, pleasant, took the time to explain what he was doing, made recommendations, and fixed my problem. The big snake machine did the trick. 5 stars. Would use again.

I called at 8 and Robert Luttrell was here by 1. I had a difficult leak to find but Robert found it pretty quickly. He took the time to explain my options and we got something set up right away. Robert was a really nice guy and very professional and I highly recommend this company. First time I’ve used them but they will now be my first call if I have plumbing issues.

10/24/25. Robert Luttrell along with Scottie and Tim came back and ran a new water line from the meter to the house. They worked hard and did a great job! I am very pleased with the service I received and the job that was done. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
