Recieved a call within 5 minutes of submitting a work request through Angies list. They were out the next day to give us a quote with 3 different price plans after doing a complete assessment .Best Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our toilets. Their Tech Julian was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. Great customer service and quality work—I highly recommend them.

Company is Scamming people that don't know any better. They were called out to connect a tankless heater, that I did not have the correct fittings for, and recently injured myself so I can't do that work.

I was not there, they did a walk through of my house and quoted 21k to fix "Issues" like a shower head, complete replumb of the house etc. The thing is, the house is all pex, outside of a few spots in the walls, and copper piping run to the hot water heater, the old piping just wasn't removed.

When I called them back they initially tried to tell me they didn't like the electric tankless heaters because the don't last. The one I'm replacing was put in, in 2010 and failed due to debris in the line from work the water company was doing. I'm replacing it with the exact same model, when I argued this point they insisted I should use a tanked electric heater, when I continued to push back they stated that the heater I wanted to use was not up to code and they could not install it. It seems like maybe this is what they should have lead with. Instead they tried to get 21k, then 15k, then 2500, then 900, before stating this fact.

I can't tell from my own research if it is actually against code, however, the previous same size, same brand, heater provided more than adequate hot water for almost 15 years without issue.

Stay away.....

In response to the owner, he did reach out saying he wanted to make it right, but the issue was already resolved and the hot water heater was connected and working.

In regard to the other issues listed, none of them were described to me by your team. Nor were any pictures provided to me.

There is a pressure regulator on the house and the “tenant” is my room mate. The plumbing was done when the home was remodeled so I have to assume it was correct as it passed an inspection when we purchased the house in 2010.

Had total water lines and pressure regulator replaced Ashton Kilmer did great job and I thought the price was fair.

Jullian was very professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed on time! I have one advice for the president of BP Plumbing, please do not interject AI in your work place. Your people is what makes your company.

Jullian was extremely thorough and personable. He was able to correct a backup in our half-bath toilet, had recommendations for toilets and tips and tricks on what to do and what not to do. They’re my new go-to for plumbers; and when I have to call again, I’m requesting Jullian.
