Our rep was Tyler. He showed up exactly when scheduled, got the job done promptly and under budget. I received a call to confirm the appointment and a follow up call after. Heather is the office was also extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

South East Total Service was wonderful to work with! I got a quote from one company that was going to charge me almost 3-4 times what it ended up costing to get my water main replaced. It's always scary for me when I call someone to fix something I know nothing about, but South East Total Service explained the situation, found the easiest solution, and they charge a fair price.

They dug a neat ditch, cleaned everything up, and were very professional/respectful. While they were here, they even brought up my garbage can for me and took a quick look at a clogged sink. When I found I needed a new water main in my new house, i really didn't know what to do or where to start, but they turned something stressful into something painless. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was , and I can't recommend them enough!

I had a wonderful experience. They sent out a plumber (James) the SAME day I called. He got the job done quickly and had my appliances up and running in no time. Someone from the office called and checked to make sure everything was going smoothly and said if I had any concerns to give them a call. I have had the best experience with this company. I was having a large party at my house and the kitchen sink backed up. They came right out and got it fixed for me. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Very professional and the communication is the best I have experienced in their industry.

I had to have two toilets and two faucets replaced in my house. This morning, Dalton arrived at my house and did the work. He is a keeper South East!! He was efficient, polite and helpful. Had the work done in a few hours (working consistently) which I was thinking would have been at least twice the time. Thank you South East for sending him. He has done work for myself and other family members and always does a great job!!

Everyone worked as a team. Grace who handles scheduling must be a logistical genius. And she definitely has the cooperation of the installer. Have you ever had a service company show up for an appointment ON TIME? They came once for the estimate and then again for the installation -- both times -- ON TIME!
Rocky did a superb job installing the new water heater. He definitely knew what he was doing and went over what I needed to know. Al;so, he moved several items in the basement to have access to the water heater and did not complain once. GREAT ATTITUDE!

Requested estimates for several different services. While their repairman, Pete, was checking a leaking faucet outside, he ended up making the leak worse (a full gallon every 20 minutes). The estimates still haven't been provided 2 weeks later despite repeated calls. When someone actually bothered to call me back, he didn't listen to anything I said, because he kept asking the same questions. I wouldn't trust this company with a clogged drain, let alone anything big. Save your money for a company who actually values their customers

I had the unfortunate experience of a broken water main at my house for a second time... This time Dalton (the tech) walked me through and showed me what happened the last time. He did not in anyway directly blame the last plumber or say anything disparaging, however he chose to show me how he would have done it (and did do it) differently and why i shouldn’t have a problem again. He also went the extra mile to mark the spot slightly underground to make it easier to find next time. He was VERY knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Grace, the dispatcher was very sweet to fit me in with such short notice and had great communication as to when they’d be here. I am a chef and have a tough schedule and she was SO accommodating. After my great experience and i got the bill, it was less than a 1/3 of what i paid last time!!!. South East total service came Highly recommended to me and I’ll make sure to do the same. There are few times that i can remember having such a miserable situation handled in such a way that i walked out feeling so positive.

I called when our water heater went out and they were there the same day within the hour to put in a new heating element. I have already purchased a tankless water heater but did not have the time to put in so they are coming back to give me an estimate. This was important to me due to the fact my mother was just released to come home from the hospital with hospice and an aide was scheduled to give her a bath. I had called 2 other places and they could not come the same day, I will continue to use your service from now on. The technician was professional and thorough and he did a fantastic job!!! Rocky and Dakota were excellent and provided top quality service with constant communication! I had my entire house re-piped from the old galvanized piping and both of these young men took care of my beloved house! I can’t express the quality, respect, professional attitude that both of these men displayed. I very seldom post reviews, but Rocky and Dakota deserve the praise for their hard and dedicated work. We have used South East Total Service for the past several plumbing issues. The fact that we keep going back to South East Total Service for our plumbing maintenance tells the store… we are very pleased. The quality, responsiveness and value are most noteworthy.

I’d like to add a comment about Dalton, the service Tech for the past 2 services. Dalton is exceptionally courteous, respectful and does a super job. It is clear Dalton takes pride in his work and himself. I hope we are always fortunate enough to hHave Dalton has South East Total Service Tech.

South East Total Service… a great company and team.

I would recommend South East Total Service to all. I had a last minute problem with a tankless water heater. This occurred on a Friday around 12:30PM. SETS bent over backwards to help me. Kevin got Mike Hardin to call me. Mike spent a lot of time with me over the phone, helping me troubleshoot. When we couldn’t figure out the problem, he rearranged his Friday afternoon and came to my house. He spent a couple of hours and allowed me to work with him to figure out the problem. He got on the phone with the manufacturer of my water heater. Once Mike figured out the problem, he implemented a temporary solution and scheduled another visit to install a part we needed and ordered!

There is a saying that the company is only as good as the people who works for them! Mike is awesome and so is Southeast Total Service! So much so, that I wrote this review. The only one I that I ever remember writing!

I had a busted pipe in my wall and South East was able to send a technician out quickly! My technician, Michael, was amazing to explain everything and answer every question I threw at him! Cost was absolutely fair and actually less than what I thought. Definitely going to be who I call in the future!

We bought the toilet ourselves and when we got home it was less than 30 minutes when they called to make an appointment on the same day. They made the appointment for three hours later but in about an hour they called saying that they had finished their other job early and was it OK if they came earlier. I was thrilled to say yes. They actually had the toilet installed before the original appointment. The installer was personable, efficient and he left everything clean and neat before he left. We were thrilled with the service we received.

South East Services was called out to replace the hot / cold faucets for the washing machine at my duplex. They sent plumber Dalton who arrived at the scheduled time and was quick and efficient. Very friendly to my tenant and engaging with me. This is my second experience with him. Both time have been very pleasant. I have used South East multiple times and have always been pleased.

I cannot say enough positive things about the service I received from Southeast Total Service, and Mike specifically. He came to my house to troubleshoot an inconsistent water pressure issue. Along the way, he discovered that my hot water heater was quite full of scale and sediment. We made a schedule to install a new hot water heater and get the old on out. Each visit was scheduled and on time and the work performed was exceptional. They have certainly earned my repeat business.

Had a water main break underground. This company had the quickest response time to a very urgent problem, sending their long-tenured veterans immediately to the site to get on the repair. Very friendly, hard working, committed staff to not only doing the job, but improving the site for longevity.

Tyler was wonderful professional and very knowledgeable. We called southeast total services because I had absolutely no water, Tyler was the technician and within 10 minutes of being at my home he had already found the problem and working on getting it fixed. We had an emergency leak on our property over the weekend. One call to James Chandler and he prioritized our call and service immediately after his current call. I had another company tell me to wait 5 days! If you can’t wait, this is the company to call. He also sent photos and communicated every step of his process so that I could communicate with my residents. I will only use southeast from now on! Thank you!

This Company certainly does what they say they are going to do! My husband and I were extremely pleased with their workmanship and integrity. The employee came on time, went over with us what he was here to do, as a double check, went to work, and got it done. We are very pleased with the service we received and would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them too! They offer many services to choose from and from now on, if needed, we know who we plan to call, South East Total Service.

Rocky and his team came out and fixed our immediate leak and checked out all of our plumbing in our cottage built in 1945. They were very thorough and gave us an estimate to replace all of our old galvanized steel pipes to updated pipes. They did an excellent job! They also replaced a toilet, got our water heater up to date, and made sure none of our sinks were clogged. Our water pressure increased and everything is working perfectly!! I am a plumber's daughter so I can appreciate their hard work, fair price, and professionalism. They had a great attitude and I was confident in their knowledge. We will be using them again to replace the rest of the pipe from the house to the city hook up!!
