100% happy with Keefe plumbing! We called Jamie at 9:30am in need of help at our home and she was so kind to hear our problems and get the guys prepped for the job. The guys were ready to meet by 1pm. Cody and Jesse showed up and immediately got to work. They addressed all of the problems and corrected them quickly. We were nervous about the cost of repairs but surprisingly it was much lower than we expected. We will be recommending Keefe to everyone we know! They took a stressful situation off of our hands. Keefe Plumbing came out to unclog a drain. They snaked the drain in under an hour, charged $435 only to have the drain become slow again after a day. They said they would be charging to come out again for the same job. Although I asked for one at the time of the job, did not get an itemized breakdown of the exorbitant charge. Will not use them again or recommend to anyone.

Have used Keefe Plumbing for business and residential needs for more than 30 years. The company has very high standards. Had a service call today, great explanations about the repair, and he quickly saw that I needed a little help on other things and he pitched in. Grateful and will always use Keefe.

We have a 97 year old home and asked Keefe to install an outside spigot. We were remodeling the laundry room and the pipes for the spigot were in the laundry wall. We removed the paneling to give them access to the pipes. We also paid for a boring company to come and bore the hole for the spigot.
Keefe would not give us an estimate for the work because of the age of the house.
They installed the spigot after a couple of hours. They had to come back out the next day because it was installed incorrectly. The laundry room was finished and paneling replaced.
All was well, then winter came...our "frost free" spigot froze. We accept some responsibility because we left a hose pipe connected to it on a night it dipped below freezing. We didn't ask for or know anything about this type of "frost free" pipe nor were we advised on how to care for it. It was Keefe's job to communicate that to us.
They then charged us $135 to come back out and see why the spigot wasn't working. They informed us the inside pipe was cracked and our only option was to rip apart the finished laundry room. We now have a useless spigot after investing over $1500!
We will never use Keefe again.

I had a high water bill and called Keefe Plumbing. Matthew came out and found the issue with a toilet that I didn’t know was running. He fixed it and also fixed my outside water faucet that I had been having trouble with. Matthew and Juan were very professional and took care of my issue quickly! Thank you so much!!!

Called in at 0800, had repair guys (Caleb and Jesse) here by 12 noon. Completed tough job(total reroute of under kitchen sink drain) by 2:45. Super clean on completion. Even rolled kitchen rug back in place.

Matthew and Juan did an excellent job!! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and clean!! I let them go to my home without anyone there as I’ve used Keefe several times. They called me on their way and when they were done with the job, called and explained what he found and the repairs made. I couldn’t even tell they had been there when I got home! Working with Riverside Plumbing was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were timely, personable and the work was excellent. They went above and beyond to repair an exterior hose bib rather than tear it out and replace it. They were so good, we called them back to replace a pressure valve. Everything went smoothly again.

That’s when you know the culture in a company is focused on customer service. 5 stars.

Understanding that my issue was urgent, Derek dispatched someone right away, thankfully. I had a difficult sewer line back up that the tech Steve diagnosed and fixed. Steve was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. My sewer lines are now “clean as a whistle” and the cost was reasonable. Riverside plumbing is now my plumber of choice for my future needs as well as those of my clients.

This was the second time I used Riverside Plumbing. After such a good experience the first time, it was a done deal to have them do this job. I wanted my water heater to be moved to my newly encapsulated crawl space to free up room in my garage. Called Derrick up & within a couple days, he sent out Curtis & Terrell to do the job. As usual, these guys got right on it & had it done in about 2 hours. Everything hooked up & working right. They cleaned up & were on their way. Definitely recommend you call Riverside for any & all plumbing needs you might have. Derrick runs a tight ship & has polite & professional employees.

Tony came by to help me with my new gas fireplace after the pilot went out. He walked me through how to do everything and was super nice. Highly recommend.

We called Riverside Plumbing to replace the pressure valve on our water line, the pop off on top of our water heater as well as replacing the wax ring on our toilet. Jonathan C. arrived on time and did a great job. He was friendly and professional in doing his job. Would use again.

I don't see how you can get better. I've worked with them on a couple jobs now. The first was building a new 1/2 bathroom, running new water lines and adding a macerating toilet on a slab. I was hoping to use a regular toilet by breaking up the slab and trench it out for a sewage pipe, but it ended up being 12" thick. An impossible DIY job. I called Derrick and he talked me through what he needed for the macerating toilet. Works great so far, and just a few finishes left to complete to hide the pipes (see pic). Not too loud, and I was planning to soundproof this room anyway. The second job was replacing one of my tenant's water heater. They had been seeing water in the pan for weeks that would evaporate and never told me until there was standing water . . .on a Friday . . . at 4:30pm. It was too late to do anything then, but Derrick's crew was able get there after the weekend.
