Called regarding a bathtub faucet leak that ended up being a major full day repair job. The company management, staff, and techs were very accommodating throughout the entire process. The Plumber tech, Gene and his assistant, Jacob were awesome! They actually showed up a few minutes earlier than expected. They were very efficient and professional and did an excellent job. Keefe will definitely remain at the top of my Plumber services list!

I contacted Keefe Tuesday because the company that I normally use were no longer providing service for clogged drains. So I gave Keefe a call and was placed on the schedule the next day. Gene and Jacob arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Very courteous and easy to talk with. The water in my kitchen sink is flowing nicely again thanks to you guys. And for the other plumbing company I’ve used for years! WHAT COMPANY???????????? Keefe Plumbing is now #1 in my book.

I will not trust anyone but Keefe ever again. We had a leak in a line that several other companies could not find despite them scoping for the leak. The leak was underneath a stamped and stained sidewalk and, rather than take the easy route and cut up our sidewalk, Keefe dug out underneath the sidewalk, fixed the pipe, and refilled in the area. This saved us thousands! You can trust Keefe!!!

In my planning connection to the city sewer system, this company was recommended to me. It has an excellent BBB rating. Upon a thorough assessment by Winfred (the company's representative), the estimate was within my price range, and he set a reasonable project date. Once selected, the team showed up as scheduled and was diligent in getting the job completed (trying to get ahead of the weather and the holiday). Clint & Aaron were focused on the project, answered all of my questions, and went the extra mile to resolve several logistical issues. The clean-up was very thorough, and they were careful to avoid damage to some favorite plants on the lawn. A job well done.

They were asked to check the shutoff valve for the hot water to the dishwasher after the installer from Lowe’s couldn’t get the new dishwasher to fill with water. The men found that the flexible hose was clogged with something and cleared the clog, reattached the hose, and situation was fixed. They finished by attaching the kick plate to the bottom of the dishwasher so we’ll have a working dishwasher for this weekend when we have company. They found the problem quickly with the toilet that wasn’t flushing right and left a very happy customer here. We’ve had Keefe Plumbing in our home several times, and each time have been thoroughly satisfied with the work completed.

We had a leak in our water supply line between the meter and the house, after having the leak located we decided to go with Keefe, the workers showed up on time and completed the job, price was better than expected. They did damage the other supply line (we own a duplex) but they repaired it, no charge to me. It is refreshing to find an honest company, one that treats their customers right.

Always can depend on Keefe Plumbing to take care of any plumbing needs that need to be done. We have had them to recently install a new kitchen faucet. Gene, one of their many plumbers, always does a great job no matter what it is. We have always been satisfied with Keefe Plumbing and we will always call them when we want our plumbing issues resolved.

Keefe Plumbing was the first person we called for service on a strange issue where our pipes were making a humming noise.

Kay Keefe recognized the problem right away and sent Brent out to our house. Brent fixed the issue in 30 minutes. On top of that he saw some water in our crawl space and offered to fix it while he was there. He replaced the seal around a toilet and it hasnt leaked since. We didn't know we even had the leak! He fixed two major issues in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, professional, and clean (even with our dogs in his personal space). The rates were low and the work was done right!

Keefe Plumbing employees, Matthew and Glenn came out to fix my Dad's (Jim Wilson) washing machine drain system yesterday (8-2-2021). They were very professional and polite young men. The plumber from Keefe worked on a faucet at our duplex that I had previously worked on myself, but that was continuing to leak. He explained what I had probably done wrong and reminded me that their work was guaranteed so if it starts leaking again, to call them back and they would fix it. He was very helpful!

After noticing a major decrease in our hot water pressure, we called a plumber out to the house. Roger and Jesse came out and found the problem very quickly. They showed and explained to me the problem, fixed it, and were on their way. The price was very reasonable, and both of them were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I cannot sing Keefe Plumbing's praises enough. I had an emergency leak and they were incredibly fast to respond and in a short time at my house and taking care of us. Exceptional service and great people. I highly recommend Keefe Plumbing!

This was going to be a one star review. But shout-out to Jennifer and the owner for saving the day and potentially a lot of hotel rates.

There was some mix up and my appointment to unclog my main sewage line was never scheduled! Meaning we were probably going to go a total of 6 days without operational drains in our house.

I get it, things happen....but there was a lot of adjusting to make that appointment work, and that was not good news at all.

But Jennifer had compassion for the situation, reached out to the owner, and has now made it right.
