This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I scheduled an appointment with them, then they tell me they don’t see my appointment. I’ve taken off from my place of employment for this. They get here, and have the receptionist call me, as they pull off, telling me it was a bigger job and that they have other people to see. DO NOT use this company at all!

We were VERY disappointed! Chgd us 1000. 00 for what Ricks Septic Service chgd is 325.00!
Very overpriced and not knowledgeable! This was the second time we used them and made a few calls around and found they were WAY overpriced!

I thought my almost new Kenmore washing maching was leaking water all over the floor. The Kenmore tech opened the machine to find nothing was wrong, but told me my drain pipes going into my septic tank were clogged. John, and his fellow plumber John, showed up promply at 9:00...on Saturday morning.
Found the problem in under 15 minutes. Turns out the former home owners had poured grease down the kitchen drain for 20 years!
They blew out all my drain lines, ran acid through them, and I should never require this again.
Everything completed in under two (2) hours. I am one happy home owner. Thank you Best Plumbing!

This company was assigned our water heater to be serviced as part of a Home Warranty company's service . The call charge was $85 but they charged my card $149. This was in July 2016. I have called several times to get the refund of $64 and of course, the owner has not looked at this charge so they cannot issue a refund. Every time you call, the lady on the phone gets irritated and no apology for over charge. Have also been hung up on.
They never did fix the water heater for which they quoted me $1900. I got it fixed for 1/3 the cost.

    Bad service and arrogant staff.

Great experience with these guys- they arrived earlier than promised to look at the issue. Had a crew come out and fix the problem quickly- and they are VERY reasonably priced. I can't recommend these guys enough. They truly live up to their name!

Best Plumbing did a great job at my house. Very good communication and called to follow up after the job was completed. I’m pleased and definitely recommend Best Plumbing.

Just talked to Norman and he was great to speak with after having a very poor experience with the lady that answers the phones. I will adjust this review in the future once they make things right and I see what I'm actually charged.

Edit... They charged me something absolutely ridiculous. Charged me for an after hours call, when I was told I would only be charged the after hours rate, if they came after 4pm. I was also told I would be charged for 2 people if it required them to use a big snake machine. The guy was there by 3pm and gone before 4pm, so I'm not sure why I was charged the after hours rate. They told my tenants they couldn't fix the problem and that they'd have to come back the next day. I specifically requested for them to let me know what the status was once they finished. I never heard from them or my tenants, so I assume everything was good. My tenants call me two days later to ask if someone was coming to pump the septic tank. They gave me the back breif on what happened when the guys came out and the times they were there, when they told them they were coming back, etc. So I call a d get the same lady on the phone that I mentioned above and she's extremely rude from the beginning. I asked why I wasn't informed of what happened when her guy went out and why no one told me I needed a septic company to come out too. Her response was, well they took the cap off and saw the septic tank was full and that they didn't have to use the machine because nothing was clogged in the house, so therefore there was no reason to call me. She then couldn't understand why it was important to let me know what the status of the visit was and said do you want me to call a septic service or not? I declined a d found one myself. Apparently they don't have the best reputation among the plumbing community and I was advised by all but one of the septic companies I talked to that they get the same story quite often.

Again Norman acted nice on the phone, but they still attempted. To rip me off and literally did absolutely nothing but remove one cap from the end of my house and see that it was full of water.

Great people! It is so nice to find a plumber that you can trust! These guys have helped me many times over the years with my rentals properties. I feel like they have always been fair, reasonable, respectable and they recently saved me a lot of money... Much appreciated!

By far, the best plumbing company that I have ever dealt with in my 62 years. I've used them several times for my old house and I will not be calling anyone else. Thank you.

Best Plumbing was the BEST! They installed city sewer lines for us because we had a 1937 septic tank that just was not cutting it for our house anymore. They also connected our old gray water tank to the sewer lines as well. They did a very professional job running lines in our basement where they would not be in our way when we were walking and they did a great job with our yard. Not only did they run the lines but they also refilled it with the gravel, covered it with grass and hay. The guys were so kind and hard-working.

Hired this company to fix a water pressure issue. All the research we had done said we needed to upgrade our existing plumbing from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. Norman the “master” plumber came out without any tools. Had to borrow my channel locks. Told us that changing the existing pipes would do nothing to help, that we needed to replace the main line from the street, and that it would cost $2,000. We asked them to come back out to ensure that that is what needed to be done and not what we originally contacted them to do. They said yes, definitely. We took them at their word. Not only did this do absolutely nothing to fix our problem, they damaged our 100 year old concrete French drain rather than going under it, left all of the debris in our flowerbed, and created a massive hole in our foundation allowing water to pool in our basement every time it rains. After telling them their recommendation didn’t work they said “we need to change the existing pipes from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch.” The exact thing we originally contacted them to do. Now we have wasted $2,000 for them to NOT fix our problem, tear up our lawn, destroy a 100 year old structure, create a hole in our foundation, and now we need to pay another $2,000 to repair the damage they did to our home. And to top it all off, we had another company come out and replace all of the existing pipes from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. And guess what? Our problem is fixed.

    Don’t hire “Best” Plumbing.

    Got a reasonable estimate from
Norman had them install a new toilet and it ended up being a little cheaper than the estimated amount. I just called again today had a delightful exchange with the receptionist and they will be doing more work for us. Great company and staff!

I can’t say enough good things about Norman, the owner, and his crew! They are honest and conscientious, and I have used them for all of my plumbing needs. I love the fact that they provide a one year guarantee on all of their work. I highly recommend Best Plumbing, and I have referred them to my friends and neighbors.

Best Plumbing has been great to me. Everything I asked for was done during the restoration of my house. Their cost for materials and labor was in line with what I expected (less than other quotes). Their plumbers showed up on time every day.
All of the supply and drainage lines were installed very well and looks great! Time will tell but I feel confident I wont have any issues.
All of my calls and requests were promptly answered. They kept great communication and included me in all concerns or design changes they had.

    EDIT:
*Moved from 2 stars to 3.
After complaining for what seemed like weeks that it doesn't seem fair for a customer to have work done and be given zero indication on what the work would cost, the office adjusted my bill to be an amount that the on-site plumber told me I could expect to pay*
Firstly, the plumbers are cool, nice, and appear to be knowledgeable.
The office staff seem cool and nice and respond quickly.
The fact that the customer is left in complete darkness about pricing until the bill comes is why I feel bamboozled. I blame upper management for this.
    I'll keep it simple.
Had 2 leaking faucets and one drain that drained slowly.
Did all the typical "husband" fixes that would work for a while but didn't stick.
Reluctantly called in a pro for these 3 simple issues.
They replaced things I had never seen in my life, installed new pipes for my outside faucet, concrete was involved for some reason, spent over 4 hours at my house, and the drain is still slow and the kitchen faucet leaks in the exact same manner as it did before they came.
    For this I got a $671 bill.
Had the management equipped the plumbers with some basic pricing information, and trained the plumbers to explain the process and pricing with the customer before starting the work, giving the customer the power to say "I can't afford that, so just do this but not that" I wouldn't feel taken advantage of.
I intend to pay my bill and consider it my "Stupid tax" to learn basic plumbing on my own or just live with the issues in the future.

I recently had to have a new HVAC unit installed. When the company was doing the duct sealing in my crawl space, a water leak was found which prevented them from completing the job until the leak was repaired. They took a video of the leak and surrounding area. Best Plumbing previously replaced a drain trap with a P trap in my bathroom. The area with the leak was the exact area that Best had worked on. Both the HVAC company and a plumber said the work done by Best was "incomplete" and that Best had stopped short of connecting the pipes as they should have been connected. The main part of the galvanized pipe, the "nipple", had not been removed and replaced, creating a leak due to a considerable "gap" in the connection of the pipes. This area had been leaking for an extended period. To find out Best Plumbing did a shoddy job after what I paid them infuriated me. Apparently, they didn't want to do the complete job, but just enough to get by. This used to be a reputable company. Not anymore. Read the other negative reviews and avoid them at all costs.
