I called on Monday for a sink /disposal install. They were here on Wednesday. We had been using paper plates and plastic forks with no garbage disposal or dishwasher for over a month. We had been waiting on handy men to do the job and we weren't getting anywhere. Thankful to have found Keefe Plumbing thru a connection. Gene and Jacob were fantastic. They worked magic on our 1940's, small, cramped, old pipe kitchen. 10 minutes after they left, we were running the dishwasher. Planning to use them again when we get to work on our bathroom.

I am so so satisfied with Keefe plumbing. They were amazing. These gentlemen went far beyond what I expected. The techs are so well educated on the correct way to do anything pertaining to plumbing, especially connecting to city sewer. I wish I could remember the main techs name. He was amazing. I give 5 stars.

They came out on 1/19 to unclog our kitchen sink and look at a toilet issue. On 1/24, our kitchen sink backed up again. They came back out the morning of 1/25 and unclogged the sink under their standard service warranty. The guys that came to the house to do the work were friendly and professional and I’m very happy with the service provided. Would definitely use them again.

We have used Keefe Plumbing a number of times over the last year and a half. We did a full home renovation project that included Keefe's work on plumbing six bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, etc). They also handled all plumbing and appliances in a large kitchen renovation. They always did good work. This visit was the last, installing plumbing on a new soak tub. We highly recommend them.

Keefe did a great install in my basement for a utility sink and some outdoor spigots. Price was bit high though, would have liked an estimate before starting. But the end product was great and I won't look back. Thank you guys for the great work!

Keefe is a good company but it took 2 1/2 hours to install our dishwasher and drain portal . Over $400. Also appointment had to be rescheduled twice . Employee was competent.

Clint did a solid job. He was professional and quick, managing to fix a problem that another plumber said was impossible. Easy 5/5 stars for getting the job done without any fuss. Good to have someone reliable to call!

Great professional plumbing company. The staff was efficient, experienced, and courteous. The owner is very kind and understanding. Keefe Plumbing has very reasonable rates, also. My mother, Jeanne Clem, had plumbing problems in her home for years and Keefe Plumbing repaired it in one visit. Had an issue that ultimately was the responsibility of the city but Keefe Plumbing was friendly and responsive. They could have easily done the work and charged me and I would not have been the wiser. However, they did the honest thing and engaged WWTA on my behalf to verify who was on the hook. They've certainly earned my future business.

We use Keefe a lot. They were a little delayed getting to this job, but did excellent work in a professional manner. There prices are near the top end for the area, but the job always gets done correctly. I especially appreciate their responsiveness and the fact that they answer the phone!

I called Keefe plumbing due to an issue I was having with my Navien on demand hot water heater. When using hot water I would get an ear piercing whistle. I tried other service providers and was told “you’ll just have to deal with it”. With in a few minutes of looking into the unit, Mathew from Keefes figured out the noise was due to the incorrect gas fitting adapter. When the unit was installed as a part of the new construction, the high altitude natural gas fitting was installed. I am on PROPANE. It took less than 5 mins for Mathew and Jason to change the fittings. Thank you so much Mathew and Jason!!!

I have used Keefe plumbing for years. The owner is always very helpful and quick to respond. The service technicians are top notch, very thorough and polite. They talk you through everything they are doing and answer any questions you have.
I was truly in a mess yesterday when Andy and Jason arrived. I had hot water pouring out from under my sink into my floor. They quickly identified the problem and had everything fixed within the hour. They also may have identified the source of a mold problem I had been having for years and fixed it in the process. I am truly thankful for their services and would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Keefe! They came out to replace our sewer line from the house to the street, which was a big job. A couple of months later the ground began to erode somewhat around the line. Keefe came back out, no questions asked and repaired the line and reseeded the lawn. Will definitely be using them solely for our plumbing needs!

Called Sunday morning for an emergency and followed their instructions to leave a message. Nearly three days later, no response. Thankfully, Hiller stepped in to help, but it speaks volumes when a company advertising emergency services can’t even be bothered to follow up or acknowledge the call. Inexcusable.

I will note I called at 7:31 am on Sunday morning and left a detailed voicemail. If there is an issue with the answering service ... I get that things can happen.

Since the town repaired a water main leak a couple of months ago, we had been experiencing a ghost-like sound whenever we flushed a toilet or ran the dishwasher.

It was disconcerting.

I finally called Keefe Plumbing, who sent out a plumber the next business day. He immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure reducing valve, and the ghost is gone! Many thanks to Keefe Plumbing and Glenn for exorcising our ghost.

Replaced the plumbing in my 1950s ranch home, as well as all the fixtures in my hall bath. Courteous and professional, came when they said they would. Prices were competitive, original quote was what was charged. Thank you Matthew and crew for a great experience!
