Ace and Bush were great. Got it done fast and explain what they found. I especially appreciate the communications before, during and after.

Logan was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He showed me where the drain pipe was leaking and replaced the pipes on both sinks. I am so pleased with the service and will definitely use Riverside Plumbing again.

Update: I have used Riverside Plumbing on 4 different occasions for various projects. They have always been fast, courteous and efficient. They fix the issue on the first visit. I have had leaks fixed, drains unclogged and new faucets installed. Each with the same wonderful service. I definitely plan to keep using them for all my plumbing needs!

I have been VERY pleased with Riverside Plumbing. Joe has been our main guy and he is very polite, conscience about our home and the work space, and most importantly good at what he does. We will definitely be calling them next time we have a plumbing need. Their prices are fair, communication and billing excellent! I got the invoice as soon as the work was done (which is my preference). I got texts and emails for work scheduled, reminder, and notification he was on his way. I have WAITED on people before and this made it all seamless and efficient.

This is my 2nd time using Riverside Plumbing, the first was less of a project and this time was a mysterious leak outside by the side of my house. I called and left a message late afternoon and they scheduled me for the following morning. Stephen and the other technician came out earlier than my appointment (which I had asked if that was possible) and immediately got to work. They started digging and the other technician immediately figured out what it was. They got to work immediately and had it all completely wrapped up in about an hour and a half, 30 minutes had to be the glue drying. I can’t praise this company enough. This was Stephen’s 3rd time out here and I fully trust his knowledge and expertise. The other guy with him knew exactly what he was doing too. They explained all the questions I asked and told me what they were replacing it with so it would be better and not have the same problem. Their pricing was also fair!

Adding in the faucet replacement on here too because Stephen did a great job on that and I don’t think I made a review! 5 stars on that one too!

Jonathan and Joe are knowledgeable, quick, and a pleasure to work with. I've had multiple jobs done with them and they fixed it every time. Good price too

Called the morning of, and Steven had someone dispatched early afternoon. Ricky Moore diagnosed the problem immediately, and had me fixed up in 45 mins. I have used Derrick and his team for years now, and they have always been super reliable. Never had an issue paying an invoice due to the fact that they are very reasonable for high quality work. Don't have another plumber arrow in the quiver, won't need one as long as they're around. Thank you!

I had a new hot water heater installed. I made the right call with Riverside Plumbing. Steven and Ricky did a wonderful job removing the old one and installing the new. Nice to talk to, answering any questions I had, very polite. Thanks, guys.

Tony did a great job. I was very pleased with his work. This is the third time I have used Riverside and I have been well pleased each time.

Absolute best experience with a plumber ever. Obviously it’s always a bad day when you need a plumber, but the Riverside guy who came to our house, Ricky, realty acted like he understood how bad your day is going when you need his help. Ricky was very clear with everything he told me, answered all of my questions very sufficiently, forecasted all my concern very accurately, and generally came across like a class act, top tier professional. He even explained pricing to me, so that I wasn’t suspicious when I found out how much cheaper Riverside is than other options. I WOULD say these guys are worth the money, but they’re honestly worth more, and that’s exactly why I will 100% being using them exclusively from now on.

Tony came out and fixed my gas fireplace, and took some extra time to show me best practices for safe operation. I will definitely give Riverside a call next time we have plumbing and/or gas appliance needs!

Riverside just completed installation of a utility sink in my basement. The team showed up on time, listened to my requirements, them completed the job quickly and in an outstanding fashion. Great job!

Joe was outstanding taking care of all of our projects that we hired Riverside to do. He answered all of my questions and told me what he was having to do on each project. I've been using Riverside for seems like 10 years now and it's the first place I call to take care of our plumbing needs.

Riverside has been amazing from the first call just to get an estimate to actually doing the work. They were so helpful in trying to get me on the schedule for the next day after another plumber did not complete a service as I’d requested. The price was much more reasonable than other estimates I’d gotten and they were so flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the time of my appointment. Ricky was on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and with as little mess as possible. Will 100% be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!
