My husband is a very large man. He stands 6' 6" tall. He had a stroke about a year ago and we had been searching for answers for his toileting issues. Well, we found the tallest toilet ever (well maybe not ever but taller than we had). So I heard about South East Total Service on talk radio just after the toilet was delivered. I called and spoke with Heather who was so very kind and helpful. She was informative and we scheduled the appointment to uninstall my husband's current toilet and move it downstairs which required removal of an older less aesthetic toilet. Then they were to install the taller toilet upstairs.

The day before the appointment Heather called to confirm that the day and time were still good (who does that). The next day Mike showed up when he said he would and got to work immediately. It was a rainy day but you'd never know that from his demeanor. He was professional and courteous. His work was neat and of high quality. I did not have to cleanup after him. No water or loose parts to pick up. It was really a wonderful experience. As I told him, when we moved in a couple of years ago we had both upstairs toilets replaced and it took those guys (yes there were two technicians) around three hours to accomplish what he did by himself in right around an hour.

I highly recommend South East Total Service for your plumbing needs. Not only was the service really good, but the pricing was not painful either! Thank you. We are really SATISFIED customers.

I highly recommend South East Total Service. They installed a line with a recirculating pump last year. Every other plumbing company had quoted grillions of dollars and doom and gloom! Not so with SE Total Service! Reasonable cost AND it was professionally done! The experience is professional from start to finish. Kayla takes your service request. Kevin promptly calls to book a convenient schedule, usually in less than a week or sometimes within two days! The technician will call before he arrives. This time I had a problem with my Delta touch faucets. Not all plumbers can work on this technology. Some will say they do but it'll be painfully obvious when they try. Not so with SE Total Service. Dalton knew exactly what to do and solved the problems within an hour!!! Hiring trained professionals is obviously essential. However, it is a refreshing experience, in today's world, to find a company with reasonable prices, friendly knowledgeable employees and a philosophy that understands the importance of customer service. We had a plumbing emergency when we returned from vacation. My coworker recommended I call Southeast Total Service and they were there after hours in about an hour or so. You will have to pay for after hours service after 5pm, but it was so worth it not to have to go without water for who knows how long! They were incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. They’ll be on my speed dial from now on for our future plumbing needs.

Amazing work on Friday at my house by SETS. Very professional. We will use you 100% from now on.

Mike and Miles were the two gentlemen who serviced our home this week.

We had a sewage pump that quit working, and after doing some minimal self-troubleshooting decided to leave this one to the professionals.

I’m glad I did. They did the job quickly and methodically. I prefer to DIY most issues, but plumbing is one I don’t usually take a risk on.

I don’t regret the decision to use them and highly recommend for your plumbing issues.

Price on the overall job seemed just right to what the industry charges.

Southeast Total Service installed a tankless water heater for us four years ago. Today I learned that the condensate drain line just goes under the house, and....that's it. There is nothing catching the water. As a result, it has dripped onto the subfloor under the water heater closet FOR FOUR YEARS. All the wood is now molded and rotted. If you had a tankless installed by these morons, I would highly suggest you check out your drain line.

Cody came out to replace our water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly, clean and professional. Merged our water lines and put the drain to the side of the house instead of the crawl space. He was so patient while
I got my husband on the phone multiple times as he was explaining things. Thank you so much!!

I've spoken to the office and had technicians from this company to my home for an ongoing plumbing issue no one else could figure out. From the office to the field they were awesome! They fixed the issue, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has a need for plumbing repairs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Southeastern Total Service to anyone needing a great plumber. David D., the plumber was so personable and helpful. He had my water heater replaced in under four hours and it was a booger of a job (including having to take doors off just to get the sucker in place). These guys are amazing!

Now that we've finally wrapped up the Sewer Saga of 2024, I can say that I'm glad we trusted our project to Southeast Total Service.

From staying late around Christmas to responding on short notice and on weekends, our large sewer project, while not easy to deal with, was taken care of thoughtfully and carefully executed.

The team was so professional, prompt, communicative and honest about what it would take to get our project done. They educated us about the WWTA replacement program, which made a huge difference our personal cost for this project.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future, and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Very quick to replace our hot water heater, and everyone we talked to was very friendly. James was our plumber and I can’t say anything negative about him or the company. He offered to give my 4 large dogs a treat which they gladly accepted, and anyone that goes out of their way to make sure my dogs are comfortable get an automatic thumbs up from me. Steve & Ian were the third plumbers to visit our church today in response to 3 leaking toilets. When I told him this, Steve said: “I’ll be the last” … and he was right. They were great to work with, explained everything they were doing, and the cost was less than half what another company had quoted. They resolved the issue and did a great job cleaning up after. Next time, South East will be my first call!

This morning 8/19/2025 South East Total Service, Master Plumber, Steve Walker and his assistant Eon efficiently installed a new 50 gallon natural gas "Rheem" Platinum hot water heater and changed a leaking water pressure regulator at our home in Cleveland. They were both professional, polite and friendly. Their workmanship was excellent! They both far exceeded my expectations! John Talbot

Had a severe clog in our major sewer drain. Called SE Total Service to come out. They were here within an hour and had the issue resolved in about an hour. Gino was kind, courteous, and fixed the issue very quickly. They will be my first call moving forward when I need Plumbing service.

They wanted $1300.00 for putting in a 50 gallon Hot water heater!!!! Wanted to do extra on a 100 year old home! Rediculous!!! Another put it in in 1 hour for $400.00 Plumber was telling us what had to be done which was not true!!! The Hot Water Heater cost $600.00. I I’ll NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!’
