We had a great experience with Riverside! Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. More than anything else, this company is trustworthy. Another plumber had quoted us $12,000 for a pipe replacement. Jonathan showed me with his camera that there was actually no problem with our pipe at all and no need to spend thousands replacing it. Very thankful!

Riverside is awesome! Had a problem and called another company months back and they found FIVE other things wrong and wanted to charge me over $1k, ended up not even fixing the problem. Fast forward to today, riverside was able to send someone out the next day and he was awesome! Tony was very informative on what the issue was and explained to me how he was going to fix it and what he did to fix it! I will DEF be using them again! Thank you Riverside and Tony!

I had Jorge S. come by and find a leak I had. He fixed it right up and was incredibly friendly! The price is very reasonable and the service was fast! Very easy to schedule an appointment! I would highly recommend Riverside!

Ricky from Riverside Plumbing has helped me several times. He’s communicative and kind and helped me better understand the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing. He made sure to provide me with accurate pricing quotes before starting any service and gave me helpful advice for other issues to keep an eye out for. He was efficient with all of his repairs and had no problem addressing new leaks I’d only recently uncovered but had not yet reported. Will absolutely be calling again.

Amazing truth about our disposal-there was just plastic stuck in it. Not broken did not need replacement. Truth from repair persons is rare. Your repairmen were friendly, efficient truthful and kept in touch to let us know when they would arrive! Welcome in our home

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I have to applaud the workmanship of one of your plumbers Jorge Saldana. I have been dealing with a backed up drain for a couple weeks now, and he came right in a fixed the problem with haste. He was very respectful, patient, and efficient unlike the last company that came days before him. Great company with professional reliable plumbers. Will definitely use this company again if anything else goes wrong.

I have used Riverside on two occasions. From the front office staff to field technicians, I've had a great experience. Most recently, I was able to get someone onsite within 24 hours of calling. Tony fixed a leak on our property. He was fast, knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend.

I hired Riverside for a whole house re-pipe of my water supply lines, water heaters, drains/vents, and cast iron sewer lines. Ace and Jackson did a phenomenal job removing all the old pipes and installing new Pex A & PVC throughout - they are skilled techs and great people. I'm so satisfied with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Riverside to anyone needing plumbing assistance in the area.

These guys are the best of the best. It’s always stress inducing to try to find help when you’re having a problem and Riverside has always been excellent. Derek has always bent over backwards to accommodate me and get my problems solved quickly and honestly. Every time I have needed a plumber, Riverside Plumbing responds with excellent service the day I call. They are always professional and fair priced. Today, I needed a plumber to move a drain pipe, so that my cabinet installers (who were on site completing a kitchen install) could finish their work. Tony Wrape, The Riverside Plumber arrived within a few hours of my call. He did a great job.

Jorge did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, explained the best course of action and then wrapped up quickly. I will definitely use Riverside again. Great plumbers are hard to find!! I found one!!

I used Riverside Plumbing for what I considered a fairly difficult job. Ace, Zach and a couple of other guys worked hard, fixed the problem and left the property in good order. Steven came by and checked on the job and called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and all went well. This is the first time I have called Riverside but I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

We had the main water line to our house break under our driveway. Riverside was able to get us in the following day and they worked diligently all day and had it repaired by the end of the day. They worked incredibly hard to make the driveway repair look fantastic, reseeded my yard, and took extra care not to hurt any of my trees or landscaping in the process. Truly incredible work! They were also all very courteous with great customer service. Extremely highly recommended.

Google doesn’t allow second reviews but adding an update - I hired Riverside again and had another 5 star experience! The conditions for repairs was not ideal because of additional work I had going on. Ace was incredibly kind and worked through drywall dust and wasps to get the repair done with no complaints and a great sense of humor about it. I will continue to hire Riverside!

I had them install a SpringWell whole house water filter system. Joe was very nice and straight forward with the install, even added a new spigot I wanted in the same area without any fuss (I had not previously brought up wanting that done). All the work looked great. And the best part, it ended up taking less time than they originally quoted so it ended up being cheaper than I expected. Great experience all around!

We had an emergency issue with the basement sewer pump and backup. It was a mess. Pete G. came out and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire system. He repaired everything and he even improved the plumbing system with some changes he made to the original set up. We are repeat customers and we have always had great service.

I can't speak much for their work, but the way they drive, especially on Crawford St and Vance Rd, I wouldn't trust them with anything. They consistently speed, drive erratically, and try to run people off the road. They especially seem to hate everyone who lives right by their office.
Update as of 3/2026, they still can't drive.

First time using this company and cannot express enough gratitude for their great customer service. After renovating our home for past year and half, we have worked with many contractors. It was such a relief to finally come across a company that actually did what they said they were going to. Rocky was so nice explaining everything and we felt that we were not nickel and dimed over repairs needed. Will be our go-to in the future.

James with south east is very knowledgeable and pay attention to detail he has done so much great work for the housing authority where can I start he is prompt does what he say and is always on schedule . He is one of a kind great job James keep up the good work .
