Today Chris S. came to my home and fixed my water heater problems. He was professional, and thorough.

Ian has done plumbing work for me with various types of jobs over the past six or seven years.
He is very knowledgeable, and always responds quickly.
His work has always been excellent and he is definitely the number one person I trust for all my plumbing needs.

Quick response and great service! We had a major plumbing issue with our pipes becoming unaligned due to a massive clog. Chris responded quickly to the issue and worked until the job was 100% complete! Even returning the next day to wrap-up the project as well as follow-up and make sure nothing shifted overnight! Will always use Piper’s Plumbing!

This young man impressed me! He was responsive and timely in both his communication and service. He showed up when he said and did what he said he'd do. I cannot recommend him any more enthusiastically! He is a new owner/operator and a go getter, yet he is humble. America neds more young men like him! Support him with your business!

We’ve been using Ian exclusively for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say we won’t go to anyone else. After being severely disappointed (and straight-up ripped off) by so many others in the plumbing industry, we were starting to lose hope that we’d ever find someone reliable. Then we found Ian.

CHRIS DOES A GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. HE EXSPLAINED EVERYTHING SO I COULD UNDERSTAND AND HE MADE SURE THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS BEFORE HE STARTED WORK AND AFTER HE FINISHED THE JOB.

I bought a water heater from Lowes a year ago. Called the water heater company and they referred me to piper's plumbing. I talked to Chris. He was very professional and helpful. He came out the same day i called. He had the water heater fixed up and going in no time. I would definitely use chris and piper's plumbing again.

Very unprofessional, made a huge mess, waste of time and money. We had to get someone else to fix their work and re do the job. Do not recommend.

Couldn't be a worse experience! Unprofessionally couldn't find the cause of my problem after 3 hours of digging and snaking. The crew left for "lunch" and had their office call to say they would not be back, call someone else. I sure will
