Wesley our technician was great! He was very professional and hard working. We appreciate the time he took and the job he did. Also the lady named Farrah that scheduled us was excellent. Great experience, starting off strong with my initial call in with Jennifer. She understood the services offered and prepared me for to expect at my appointment. I got multiple messages morning of letting me know who was coming and when. Matias showed up and was so friendly, took his time, helped fix my issue and got all my questions answered. EXCELLENT service from start to finish! Also they were over half the price of anywhere else I called!

Did a excellent in this fridged weather this was a extreme emergency toilets backed up in both bathrooms toilets and showers.

JR Wilson did a very good job for us with our annual plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and helpful and expert at what he was doing. He especially listened to all of my questions and answered in a professional manner, explaining what was both good and what was in need of repair for our plumbing system. Very Good Service !

I had a major water leak gusher from an outside faucet without shut off valve. I called Sunday evening at 6pm, was offered service but that was at a premium, I chose Monday morning. Ryan Mitchell called first then arrived promptly at 9AM. He was professional, polite and very thorough. He found another faucet leaking and on the verge of failure.. after an estimate was given I authorized replacement and he completed them within an hour and one half. Ryan was an engaging young man who told me he would stay until I am satisfied!
His work was exemplary and the price was very reasonable considering my circumstance.
I highly recommend Ryan Mitchell and Metro Plumbing! I will be certain to ask for him the next time I have the opportunity..

After calling Metro on Monday AM because of a full septic tank, Zack came on Monday evening. He set us up with Adam Conley- Project Manager to do an evaluation of our system. Tank excavation was done and it was determined that our field lines were not functioning properly (installed in 70s and have been repaired 1 or 2 times in the last 25 years. We decided to have all new field lines installed. Everyone we worked with was GREAT! They were good about answering all our questions and explaining in detail what was going to happen. While we were not happy about spending the money, we feel we are much better off than we were!

Definitely have nothing but the highest praise for Metro pumping. The office staff was professional and courteous and helpful about understand the situation and service needed to solve the issue l was having. And upon arrival. Austin was absolutely professional and courteous and did a outstanding and awesome job correcting the pumping program completely in and amazing short amount of time. Called another plumbing company and they didnt show up. Called metro and they were at my house within an hour. The job was done quickly and professionally and Travos was a great technician. Great experience overall to repair our Pressure regulating valve.

This company is pathetic! I called them about my septic tank.They came out, didn’t look at my septic tank. Told me I had a cracked pipe! Quoted me $2800 or $3300 to fix a 3 ft (he said) 5 ft pipe and put a riser on it. Didn’t even look at the septic tank. Then when I told them (their project manager and his boss) that I wanted to get another quote the boss tells me I have till 8pm. It was 4:30 when the PROJECT MANAGER left. I called another company. They did it for $150.00 . No cracked pipe. It was roots around my pipe. DO NOT USE THEM!

Izaac was punctual, incredibly personable and professional. He explained every step of the process and was very polite. He went above and beyond at every opportunity. He even managed to make friends with our cats while he was working.

Overall I don't think we could have had better service.

Chandler and Jonathan did a great job in checking my HVAC system and that all the vents were working properly. They also checked in the crawl space and gave me the information about an air filter I needed to have installed the next time they came out in 6 months. Enjoyed our conversations.
