I would not recommend this company to anyone. My home warranty company sent them out and they misdiagnosed my concern, replaced 1 component that was working fine and left saying system is working per design. Back out a week later for the same concern. Now it's a different failure. Told me my system is worn out and should be replaced but a claim is submitted anyways. Needless to say my family has not had working air conditioning for about 3 weeks because this company is not competent and honest. I would rather pay out of my pocket than use this company for free.

I guess you can say that I didn’t directly hire this company. My Home Warranty scheduled them when I filed a claim for my bathroom problem. The actual work went well and I was happy until I discovered the cheap, Low Quality Faucet that was installed. It was a $13.00 plastic faucet from the Home Depot. Now, that broke my heart! I asked them to change it, they agreed to, but never came back. And when I called to follow up, I was informed that, if I wanted another faucet I would have to pay additional money! WOW! WOW! Now, I strongly feel that if they had done work at some other “particular” location, this wouldn’t have been a problem! The World is getting SAD People! They do good work, but watch the Quality of the Materials being used! All I can say is WOW!

The tech, Xavier was very courteous, proficient and answered all my inquires. He explained the issues with my unit so that I could understand the problem and what needed to be done in terms of parts that needed to be ordered to get my unit working. I look forward to the follow-up service call.

I called U1st on a Tuesday and they were out there Thursday. They were able to replace two furnaces and one AC unit In one day. The technicians were very neat and courteous and did a great job. The service was quick and the prices were very honest. It’s great to deal with a company that cares about the customer and gets the job done right away at a great Price! Thanks again U1st, your My hvac company always.

I would like to say that the owner of this company and his employees are phenomenal!! They installed a hot wate heater for me at a reasonable price. My husband called and a day later, they installed my heater without any issues. While there it was noticed that water would not go down my bathroom sink and without hesitation they took care of that. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

U First is great. We had to replace our 30 year old furnace/AC and they had it done in 24 hours. And at a great price! I've used them for years for my rental properties and they are always great. Highly recommend!!

The customer Service here has dropped off dramatically. On our recent claim with the First American home warranty, we never heard from this contractor to set up our service. Only after conferencing the warranty company and this contractor on a call five days after the AC failure, did they schedule our service. Keep in mind it was July in Memphis. The lack of urgency continued for this repair after the diagnosis visit. The only answer they gave to the excessively slow response time was that they are busy. Our original call was July21st. It's now August 2nd and First American has now replaced them with another contractor all together.

If you love to deal with the post office you will enjoy doing business with these guys. Their customer service is slow, incompetent, condescending and rude.

After buying a home, our a.c. immediately went out once it got hot. So happy that First American sent U-1st out to fix it. Quick diagnosis, quick install scheduled after the parts were sent, and super fast and efficient installation. The techs are polite and friendly. This is the company you want to call!

Xavier Arnold came out to my boyfriend's house to fix the AC and compressor unit he was not knowledge of his skills. Then tries to run a business on the side under this company's name. My boyfriend thought maybe he was just drunk because of the holiday.

The customer service is not great. We were waiting on PJ to finish a job that he promised to complete. Nobody showed up. The receptionist said they were on the way when I called back. Someone lied, PJ never came back to my appointment. I called back today 3 times, the receptionist forgot to call me back. I’ve missed 2 days of work. I’m disappointed because we were lied too as because I trusted them to do the right thing. It’s hard to find good companies nowadays.
