This is a great company, PJ came out and fixed my water heater after hours @ 9 pm which flooded my home, and the best part it was affordable, I will Always call U 1st# customerforlife😊😊😊😊

SNEAKY PLUMBERS TRYING TO SCAM YOU TO PAY MONEY FOR SOMETHING THATS ALREADY PAID FOR AND COVERED. USE WITH CAUTION

This company was contracted by a warranty company and provided absurdly subpar service. My Central air was not working and they said it was a matter of maintenance and that they didn't do maintenance. Literally, all the technician did was look at my AC unit downstairs and observe some leaves on it. There was no technical basis for the determined issue.

DO NOT USE - U-1st was hired by warranty company to replace evaporator coil in my air conditioner. They did not fully insulate the pipe or attach it from the ceiling. Instead the pipe is blocking the cut off valve to our hot water heater. Also, the low voltage wire was left just hanging across a rocking chair next to the unit. Mechanical inspector rejected the inspection and contacted the company to make repair over three weeks ago, but company will not return our phone calls!!!

PJ saved the day!!! After lots of confusion and many phone calls PJ stepped in and resolved the problem and repaired out A/C same day. Being the manager he represented the company well and took responsibility for the confusion. Can't say enough about the company's excellent customer service.

I have used this company a couple of times!! They went over and beyond to schedule with my hectic schedule. I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be using them for my future needs

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The fan motor on the A/C unit stopped working. We called First American, and we got the contact info for U1st. I called them on a Monday, they said the soonest someone could come out would be Saturday. Obviously, we couldn’t go that long with no AC in the Memphis summer, so my husband took the fan off and put a box fan on top to hold us over for the week until they could come. Fast forward to Saturday, they called say they are on the way. An hour goes by and hey still haven’t showed up. Here’s the best part. They had showed up. But when they got here, they didn’t let us know there were here. They went straight to the unit, saw the fan wasn’t on it, THEN JUST LEFT! Didn’t come to let us know so maybe we could have put it back. Just left. We waited a week for them. And they were gone in less than a minute without even telling us. I would rather pay out of pocket for quality than use them for free, because clearly anything they do will be shoddy.

Well I can truly say that they put U-1st. I am so pleased with the job that PJ and his workers did. I was in need of a new air conditioning unit and they really came through for me. It was extremely hot of course when my unit stopped working. Thanks U-1st for A JOB WELL DONE!!!

Actually arrived earlier than scheduled time (which is always a plus in my book) and had new AC installed in less than 4 hours. It is my second unit installed by this company and I have always been very impressed with their technicians, their customer support staff and the owner, who is always coming to job sites to meet his companies customers. They will always be my go-to company for HVAC issues.

Came out in hours of us calling! Cheaper and faster than in our warranty! Fixed a major part in an hour! Mark followed through the next two weeks too AND gave us updates on future preparations we needed to do as our furnace in orginal and old!!
