Very very aggressive pounding on my truck at 6am from a dock worker that wanted to get me unloaded .

Just the facts . On a positive note I was unloaded earlier than my apt time of 8am

Delivered Trane Air conditioner and or parts.

No public / driver rest room available that I could see.. I did not ask

No driver wait lounge or vending machines available .

No grocery stores or restaurants near by .

Good people obviously happy to be working here.
Took me early 6:45am unloaded in less than an hour, thank you guys

The technician arrived right on the dot and immediately got to work, which was impressive. Do not use these guys will charge alot ofoney you basically will be ripped off also they are not professional and will use racist remarks towards anyone so I would honestly would not use the they have a fella name Tony and John Parker and Jeff those 3 guys are very horrible business. Men and bbb will also be contacted but don't work for them

just warning they will not pay you correct and will cheat you I would never refer them so just letting the city now what they are about cheating and stealing

Rushing Mechanical has done an outstanding job meeting all of the Town of Somerville's HVAC needs. They service all of our facilities and have a fast response, knowledgeable techs, and an excellent office staff.

Never returned my call. Was told they were coming to my house in a few hours and I took off work all day. My central ac wasn't working so I called them as my retired HVAC guy referred me to them. I know I wasn't on their regular schedule but they told me they'd be over in a few hours. Then I never heard back. Took off work the following day thinking maybe they would show in the morning, nothing. No call nothing. Called another company Air doctors of Memphis they came over in a few hours the following day. But that cost me 3 days off of work. Just a phone call from Rushing telling me " no, there's no way we could fit you in" ... I would have been fine with that rather than lose 2 days of income (I'm self employed).

I always receive amazing service from the team members! They are prompt and let you know when they are on their way. They are professional and always do the repairs with the least amount of impact to my home. Their experience level allows them to diagnose the issue quickly. Never once have they left a mess! They always have a great attitude and are pleasant and very trustworthy!
