You live and you learn. I should have read the previous reviews. Choice home Warranty is just as much at fault at this point. They keep contracted them out and they clearly do poor work. New parts and installation. System failed within months. Then i was told that the labor is under warranty. Meaning it would have to be paid for again. What type of company doesnt guarantee there labor? Says a lot

My air conditioner went out on 4/22/25 and I called Expert Heating & A/C Repair Service on this day for assistance.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the person who answered their phone. He patiently listened to me while I was in a panic and he calmed me down.
He had someone who visited my home the next day which was on 4/23/25.

Once the technician arrived he immediately found what my issue was and he walked me through everything he did to ensure I was aware of my situation.

The most legit plumbing & HVAC company in Memphis. Office staff is very responsive and their technicians REALLY know plumbing & HVAC. They work as a team and really get the job done. I own an apartment complex in Memphis, and they fixed a huge problem with my sewage drain line that was caused by another plumbing company. They have all the equipment to tackle any plumbing or HVAC issue. The same can't be said about other companies.
