The whole crew at this location is the absolute best. Customer service is on point. Always greeting me as soon as I walk through the door and has everything I need ready for me to go. I am always in and out of there quickly. Benji always contacts me the minute parts come in for me to come pick up. I never have to wait long with Shearer.

Josh, our service tech, explained everything in detail after doing a maintenance check on our AC. I appreciated his promptness and the call that he was on his way with a photo provided. He immediately covered his shoes before entering our home and spent approximately an hour doing a thorough check of our system. He answered every question and gave us his opinion on each one asked. A very kind and personable young man with manners and respectful, so a thumbs up to Josh, and thanks!

They do good work, but the cost is as high as they can possibly charge. They did an entire new install, and I had to replace the old air filter because they did not, and the access panel for the air filter was partially blocked by how they routed the condensate drain piping. They have an impersonal fully automated AI call answering service.

Tyler was absolutely awesome. He was very thorough and explained areas that need to be improved- the best part no pressure

Denzell did an amazing job getting my heating system working. He explained everything very clearly and even pointed out a potential problem that needed fixing.

The guy was super diligent and nice. My only quibble was some of the stuff was left on my bed. But otherwise he did a great job. I can breath much easier and it’s lasted days.

Denzel was very helpful with explaining the ins and outs of my furnace and recommending certain maintenance options to keep performance running well. Very nice and professional. Will recommend requesting him for services.

Josh and Taylor had to come to our house a few times to service both units we have. They were very friendly and thorough. They diagnosed our issues and we never felt pressured to buy anything. They explained everything as they went. I highly recommend this place. I have worked with others and it’s frustrating when it feels like a big sales pitch. Air serve is not that way. Will be back. Thanks again guys. Nothing fun about a broken ac the hottest week of the year.

Great company! Gave me a solid deal on a new HVAC system minus ducting. Every person that was a part of this transaction from initial repair, to sales, and install was very knowledgeable and helpful even with all of my questions.

I am an Olive Branch resident. I contacted Aire Serv of Memphis this morning b/c my AC wasn't cooling properly. Within a couple of hours the tech Devon Sherman was at my home. He was very courteous, professional, personable, but not overbearing. He quickly assessed my problem and had me fixed within an hour. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Aire Serve and Devon.
