Multiple managers and installers lied repeatedly about everything, and continue to lie. Six months after installation, I'm still waiting for them to pull a permit for a furnace that they installed. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to honor their contract. Worst company ever!

The electrician who came to the house was very educated and completed the fix of my heat right on the first visit. HE deserves a high recommendation for his work. Thank you

Devin Sherman came out to fix our HVAC system on a Saturday evening and did a great job. He showed up with a great attitude, was respectful, and took the time to explain what was going on every step of the way. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything back up and running. Super grateful for his persistence and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The service Technician-Brian Davis provided Exceptional Customer Service going beyond the call of duty. Brian was very Professional and Knowledgeable about his craft. Brian’s in depth analysis educated me on the processes of the cooling system. AirServ offered same day service and up held their commitment. From the phone call to schedule the appointment, the Representative was very Respectful and Helpful-she didn’t push anything (Grateful)! Strongly Recommended them to anyone with HVAC issues. Thanks

I am so happy to share this review. I want everyone to know that from the first telephone call to this company, I was very impressed. The person who answered the phone helped me to get a great discount for the initial consultation. Then, I met Alex, the technician. He was so professional, knowledgeable, polite, and answered all of my concerns and my husband's by phone. I was impressed with his work ethics and I can tell he loves his job. I will be doing further business with Aire Serv and I will be requesting Alex if he's still there and I need a HVAC Tech again. Aire Serv even sends you pictures of your techs before they arrive. And, they wear foot covers to protect your property floors. This is only my experience, and I don't do a lot of reviews. But, when you get great customer service these days, you should share it with the World! Alex is a unique person, I hope the company treats him well.

Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday night, so we called the 24-hour service line. The representative informed us that we would be contacted on Sunday regarding our service appointment, which we truly appreciated. On Sunday afternoon, we received both a text and a call from our technician, Josh, letting us know he was on his way. Josh was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through our options. His customer service and care was truly exceptional. Thank you for being so amazing Josh!

I've been a customer for 10+ years. They have been a blessing to me and my house. Technicians are always professional, polite and competent. Recently, Mr. Sherman came out and explained in detail what he was going to do and made recommendations to get maximum performance out of my unit. I never like a customer, but I feel like family.
I have 2 refrigerator magnets, and 1 is Airserve.

Elgre Paine did a terrific job diagnosing the problem quickly and recommending the solution. Even though it was 7:30/8 pm, he fixed the water pan issue and recommended installing a new upstairs HVAC to permanently fix the problem. And since I asked to put the new one in quickly he scheduled a meeting tomorrow. He was very respectful and quick. A great service man! The next day Seth came by to look at the work that needed to be done and confirmed the price to put in 2 HVAC units etc and get my house all up to date and safe. He went out of his way to be sure I understood the work and I think gave me a good price. Kai is here today to install, so these guys are moving fast for me. And I appreciate it! 6-22-25 I had as issue with my upstairs unit and Benjamin Mercado came by to diagnose what was going on. He was very friendly and came on time. He successfully diagnosed the issue and gave me piece of mind that a special part that you all installed cut the system off when the water level got too high to prevent risk of water damage. Benjamin provided me details for next steps with Plumbers to get this fixed. You seem to hire the best employees! :-)

Aire Serv did a great job from the first contact until they completed the job. Bobby and Devin came out and we're very knowledgable about their jobs and very professional. The ladies I spoke to were friendly, professional and got everything setup. Keep up the good work.

On Monday 9/6/25, Aire Serv sent Brandon who was very professional and productive. I am 72 years old with back issues. Brandon related to my pain and offered his assistance to help and he did. He took out my trash and even rolled the trash bin to the curb. I highly recommend asking for Brandon he also checked my thermostat which need batteries replaced. Brandon was very thorough and friendly. Thank you Brandon 💗

I would not recommend Aire Serv to anyone. They installed a completely different unit from the one I ordered and then left a large dent in the top of the unit. This will cause the unit to rust. I have tried explaining this to three different technicians and a manager and was told by the manager "it won't rust out" when even the technicians know it will. This process has been a headache.

Denzel did a great job performing my HVAC maintenance service. He explained what he did and recommended some proactive options in keeping my system running effectively.

Mr Sherman the technician that service my air conditioner was very professional and efficient in performing his service. He took his time and outlined up my problems and the different solutions to the problems that I had and finalized everything with and answer that I agreed with. The service was very thorough and I look forward to working with your company in the future.

Devin S., our emergency technician, was absolutely the best in business! He was early, Professional, and perfectly real in explaining and handling our issue. We were in a panic from discovering a leak coming through our ceiling the night before. He made us feel relieved and reassured before he even started work. He performed the correct repairs and got us set up with a consult about the system for later today to discuss next options. We really appreciate the prompt service and support from both Devin and Aire Serv.

They were able to send somebody quickly the same day. The technician Bryan was professional and courteous as well as very thorough staying long enough to make sure everything was working correctly after he made the necessary repairs. On top of that the price for the service was very reasonable. 10/10 service will recommend.

They came installed the heat pump and air handler. Ian and Eric did an excellent job on the installation. They explained everything to me and I am glad I made this choice to do this. Seth helped with me in the beginning and did excellent job on helping with the process.

Tyler and Yovani did a fantastic job doing maintenance on my hvac unit. They also came to clean the air ducts on a house I am moving in to. They took care to clean up after themselves. They did a thorough job on the air duct clean itself. I am very happy with my service. I got the preventative maintenance plan membership and feel good about using this company for my hvac needs in the future based on the service I received. Great job guys!

Denzel checked on my two heating systems and showed me exactly the issue with one motor versus the other. The options he presented were clear and comprehensive. I’m and very satisfied with the assessment.
We decided to replace the two systems and met with Seth to review the cost. Seth also explained our options clearly and we are very happy with the cost proposals.

The appointment was easy to make and they came out quickly. The technician Austin was very professional and courteous, he diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Aire Serv .
