This was my first time using Crowes. A friend recommended them. I called late on a Wednesday afternoon with a leak in my ceiling. Teri who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. Crowes was at my house the next morning at 8:00. They sent an hvac guy and a plumber since we weren’t sure of the source of the leak. Jamey was very knowledgeable and got the plumbing job done quickly for a reasonable price.

MJ came out last minute to check out something on an inspection list so the property could close the next day. Great service!!

The team at Crowe Heating and Air NEVER disappoints. We bought two new systems from them in November 2021. Our utility bill is typically $50/month LESS even with rising utility rates.
The quality of the Trane units are top notch. The guys at Crowe are total pros but, of course Diane makes sure of that.
We sing our praises for Diane, Richard, Wes and Jonathan, Tim, Brett and Nick.

Lundon was very nice and took the time to research the issue of our fireplace and also offered various options for fixing the issue.

Came home to a frozen busted water line after hours in my yard and Crowe responded at 8:30. Got to me first thing the next day. This is not the first time I’ve received the same kind of service with them-that goes over and above!

Seth was very good at his job. He explained things to us in a way we could understand. He offered us different ideas but wasn't pushy on sales.

Having been using Crowe for years (equip maintenance plans, repairs, new equip, etc)... they go above and beyond every single time... cannot recommend them enough!

Fred with Crowe Services was very nice and knowledgeable. They came out to our house very quickly on the weekend and fixed our kitchen sink drain.

They told me what I needed and explained what I could do preventatively since they would have everything apart. I liked that they presented options without any hard sell at all. They fixed my issue on time and at a fair price.

Last Friday at 4PM I noticed our a/c was not working and not looking forward to a weekend without air I called Crowe. Even though it was closing time they contacted a repair technician who agreed to turn around and come to our house. Thank goodness. Lunden Sandridge quickly isolated the problems, got our unit working great and did it all with a smile. I cannot thank Crowe enough for their outstanding service this time and over the many years they have helped us. Thanks again Crowe Professionals!

I have used the same HVAC service for 20 years--Our AC unit went out on the west side of the house the week of August 18 which happened to be the hottest week of the year.My regular guy said he could not make it... My oldest brother recommend Crowe and I am glad he did. They were able to send a very nice young man out the very next day--found the problem and ordered the part. Here is the best part--By 9:30 AM the next morning we had AC. Great service--great price--great people. Since last week I have recommend them to 2 of my friends. They have my business from now on. Richard, Again--Thank you for honesty and promptness----This is how business was done years ago---You said what you would do and did it..

I called Crowe New Year’s Eve morning after finding that the upstairs was freezing. We had a houseful of visiting family in town. M.J. Hughes came quickly to the rescue, immediately found the problem, but would have to come back Friday after the parts suppliers opened. He met our folks from Seattle and Dublin, Ireland, and made it his mission to find the part right away from one of his fellow workers, and came right back to get it fixed…way above and beyond expectations..

Richard Crowe was very concerned about keeping me as a customer. He made special arrangements for me. All prior service calls have been great!

I have been with Crowe Services for a long time. From basic HVAC inspections, service, and repairs, to a complete system replacement, and even plumbing work, they do a good job at a reasonable price. If something isn't right, then they make it right. They even have after-hours emergency services. I guess you can ask for better than that, but I doubt you'll find it.
