Cannot recommend Crowe Services enough! We had a water line break in our front yard! They spent 2 days getting our issues resolved! Extremely professional and kept us updated at all times!

Lundon S. is a top notch excellent guy! Efficient, kind, on time, no issues kind of guy. I trusted his feedback for the system repairs. Very great/ reasonable price.

I was receiving estimates in July 2025 to replace my air conditioning unit, and Chris Nicholas came out. I had never worked with Crowe Services before, and Chris was very courteous and pleasant. I felt quite relaxed and comfortable in speaking with him with no pressure. His estimate was very competitive. Had the company that I already had a relationship with were not more competitive than Crowe Services, I probably would have gone with them. I certainly recommend Crowe Services.

First time I have used Crowe services they came highly recommended and I can now understand why. The owner even called me to see if I needed someone quicker. Had my leak fixed with a reasonable price and found my second hot water heater was out as well sent a quote came out quickly. All courteous on time and I felt was a reasonable price. They have won my business.

Water Heater went out in middle of the night and leaked water all over floor. Crowe came out promptly the next morning and drained the unit. They also provided a replacement that we are quite happy with!!

I’ve used Crowe Heating & Air on and off for years, they’ve always done great work. They were out today to add a couple of return vents to my unit, to help with the return on supply. Ashu and DJ did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and was the best option to suit my needs. The whole team is super friendly and professional, and their prices are very affordable. They are not trying to sell you something don’t need, unlike most companies. I highly recommend Crowe for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!

London Sandridge did an excellent job! He was here nearly 3 hours, diagnosed the problem & repaired our upstairs unit in about 15 minutes. Had the part with him & replaced the capacitor. Took plenty of time to thoroughly clean both units. Then he checked both units to be sure they were cooling properly. Recommended the annual 2 appointments to check & clean the systems. We had been looking for a reliable, reasonable company to provide this service & are happy London suggested it. He was very polite, arrived right on time & made sure everything needed was done. I hope you will send him to our house in the fall for the furnace check. The young lady who took my call initially- Shelby (i think) was very polite & efficient also. I received a text & email confirming the appointment within 10 minutes of my call. We look forward to doing business with your very professional company!

Omg!! I am so thankful for Crowe Services! My brother and I called and inquired about services and was treated with the most professional service I’ve experience. In a long time ! I believe the young lady name was Terri! We literally dumped our problems off on her and she took care of the rest! I felt so comfortable talking to her and not only did she treat us well, we were able to get a very soon service appointment. Terri assured us that we were in good hands and she did not disappoint by sending Dreyllon! He was so thorough in his work and explained things we didn’t understand! We felt like family and that’s VERY rare in today’s society! Trust me we will be back and will definitely recommend Crowe Services! Thank you so much you guys!

Fred Roy and his assistant Nick did an extensive plumbing repair job in my home today. They were fast, effective, neat and courteous. We got our bathroom back! Cost was competitive for this market. I would definitely have them back. I should add that this is my second very satisfactory encounter with Crowe. A good outfit!

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind to my crazy dog! I can’t recommend this company enough. The supervisor even came by to check on the young men installing my new logs. They were very thorough, and wanted to make sure I understood everything about operating the logs and the remote. The logs are beautiful and work perfectly. Repaired water line to hot water tank. Crowe responded to our call within 2 hours having a tech at our home. They were professional and quick. Also did a nice job of make sure that everything was cleaned up after the repair.

When I had questions, the owner personally called and was very thorough and understanding. I recently had a need to have heat tape installed on our outdoor kitchen water lines. They were able to respond quickly and had very reasonable prices. Their technicians were polite and efficient. We got the water lines insulated before the really cold temperatures hit.

We discovered a faucet that was leaking on Sunday, got it touch with Crowe Services they came out the next morning and replaced it. They are the best in the business !!
