I am very pleased with the service I received today from Tyler at Air Serve. He was patient and explained each part of the work that was needing to be done. He provided me with suggestions and cost of other work that I could plan later. Also gave me the cost difference between member and non-member. My unit is working and will look into getting other services later.

I would highly recommend AireServ. We had our furnace go stop working. We first turned it on when the first freezing temps hit. Our unit did not stay on. Called AireServ. They sent out Jonathon. Who was great. He was respectful and helpful with our questions. Informed of us the issues with our heating unit, as well as our water heater that was leaking. He gave us some options. That’s when Seth came out and discussed our options in more detail. We decided to go ahead with replacing our furnace, AC, and water heater. The whole process was done in a timely manner. Everyone that came out was respectful of our home and in no way pushy trying to sell more than what we actually needed.

Last week Devin came out for our 6 month system check up. He was very polite and answered every question I had. I appreciate his suggestions for system maintenance. We have had an Aire Serv Service plan for years and have found it helpful for keeping our HVAC systems running. Every tech that has come out to our home has been professional and friendly.

We had them come out to quote us on a new tankless water heater. They came out within a day and got us a quote that day. Sat down and answered any questions we had. We got other quotes and this one was the best. We told them to go ahead with the work and they got us on the schedule the next day. Joshua and another employee arrived on time the next day and got everything installed. Works great and really enjoying the unlimited hot water. We have used various companies for work around the house and these guys are the best. Will be contacting them in a few months to replace our AC compressor.

Mr. Sidarrius Williams completed the job on our home. He was very professional, and explained the concerns with tremendous knowledge. We were most impressed with his professionalism, poise, and the ability to resolve our concern. We wholeheartedly recommend Aire Serv!

Jacob Harder did a good job resolving the issue of my water heater cycling. He tested his work, explained the problem, and explaining how to follow-up. I appreciate good customer service.

Tyler came out to inspect my hot water heater and furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and took the time to explain every issue in detail. He also aligned the pipe from the hot water heater that was releasing fumes in my attic. Tyler is a very skilled technician who did a great job.

Had EXCELLENT service today from technician Eddie. We had bad experience with previous company and Aire Serv came to take another look at our furnace. He called and listened to the problems, was frank and professional and then called me after to follow up with details about the service and recommendations. He was incredibly thorough and explained readings, options, and provided reassurance that the right tech did the diagnosis. Would recommend this company to anyone in Memphis. Impressed on all levels. My experience with Airserv went amazing!!!! I’m so pleased with the service that was provided. The techs that came to my home, were very professional and proficient. They took there time to install my furnace and ac unit. I’m very happy.

Dustin and Anthony cleaned out our clothes dryer vent. They were polite, young, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain what they were going to do, inspected meticulously, went to work and did what they came to do. When there were any changes, they came to us with the changes. They were young and polite and humble. I wish all hvac technicians were as smart good and kind as these guys. Kudos AireServ keep training up Anthony and Dustin.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. This company just replaced three HVAC units for me, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was installed correctly and running perfectly before they left.

I had a great experience with AirServe from start to finish. Alex came out for the initial diagnostic and quickly identified the issue with my furnace. He was very polite, respectful, and informative, explaining exactly what he was doing and what was wrong. I signed up for their service program and received 15% off my services, which was a great bonus.
When the warranty control board arrived, Tyler came out to install it. He was kind, upbeat, and had great energy. He realized the control board sent was the wrong one, not AirServe’s fault at all, and went above and beyond by contacting multiple suppliers to find the correct part. He returned the very next day as promised and completed the installation.
While working, Tyler also noticed an issue from my new home’s construction where a safety component hadn’t been connected, which had caused my water pan to overflow last year. He fixed it at no charge. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
I’m very glad I signed up for AirServe’s service program and feel confident knowing they’ll inspect my units twice a year and provide ongoing discounts. Highly recommend!

Well we gave them a second chance, and this time was worse than the first. Thursday they said they came by and no one answered. We have 4 dogs and we work from home, no one came by, there was not one bark heard lol. But i let that lie go, and they said they would be back out Friday afternoon. Well we waited, and waited got a txt message at 4:45 saying they were on their way, pic of the tech and all. By 7pm it became obvious they werent coming , again. Back to back No call No shows. We txted back they didnt reply. Absolutely awful company ran by horrible people. Who No calls No shows people anymore? I guess the answer to that is AirServ. *****Update***** they finally called a week later and had the nerve to insist they showed up and knocked on the door. I added a pic from my office of how close I am to the front door. So i gave up on them. Then on Nov 4 i saw a charge come thru for an Aire Serv subscription for maintenance for $26. Lol so i ran thru my statements, they’ve been charging me $26 a month since June. Sp they added a subscription that we cancelled back on, charged me for months, then lie about showing up, then charge me again after refusing to show. You cant make this stuff up. Ive had to contact the BBB just to get my money back. Run away from this company. Really fraudulent like activity from these guys

I had a fantastic experience with AirServ! Seth and Gavin were absolutely phenomenal. They truly took their time and didn’t just rush in and out to give a quick quote. Instead, they carefully inspected my entire system, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure nothing was overlooked.

Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and what my options were. It’s rare to find technicians who are this thorough and genuinely care about helping their customers.

I've had really great experiences with Crowe Services a couple times now. They've been quick to respond, honest in their work assessments, and they've always followed up with me to make sure things are still working well. Very good company with some great people. Highly recommended.

This crew has been more than fair to me. They’ve replaced my AC and furnace. They do a fantastic job of making sure my system is operating for the hot summers and the freezing winters. I’ve also had them fix a running toilet and install a garbage disposal, and I haven’t any problems with them since. Give these guys a call, and they will treat you right.

Larry came early! He was pleasant and explained the services that they had to offer. Service fee was the normal price. By the time he got here I had figured it out. He did however instruct me on a far better way to fix the issue going forward. As a retiree on a fixed income I do appreciate the instruction.
I will in the future be calling Crowe services. So nice to deal with pleasant people.

One call and within 30 minutes a service tech Seth was here and quickly discovered the
Problem and repaired it. Courteous, fast, and professional! Thank you!

These guys really went above and beyond to solve our AC problems. When I pulled up to the house during the afternoon, my dash read 99° outside and this is what our thermostat read inside. This time last week it was 85° in our home so needless to say I’m beyond a happy customer! I couldn’t recommend reaching out to Richard, Chris, and Rickie for any and all of your HVAC needs. Their same-day promise is no joke and the price was extremely reasonable. Hit these guys up and you won’t regret it!
