MJ and Beau came out to give a second opinion on some working another HVAC company recommended. They were thorough, patient, and took the time to explain what was going on. They also made extra effort to navigate exhaust vents I previously couldn’t figure out. I appreciate their time!

I reached out to Crowe because I’ve seen a truck doing work in my neighborhood. I originally asked them to help with HVAC issue from a different company’s work and they diagnosed easily and asked if I needed anything else. I offered up a couple plumbing problems that other companies couldn’t figure out or suggested way more work than felt necessary. In about an hour my plumbing issues were fixed without invasive work or large expense. I highly recommend Crowe because they’ve fixed my problems quickly and at a reasonable price when others couldn’t or wouldn’t. Chris Nicholas with their sales dept was nice and easy to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Jamey was excellent with getting our plumbing issues fixed and Chris Thomas took care of HVAC issues fast. I could not recommend them enough.

Listen, I was in desperate need of someone to complete an installation job for a mini-split A/C unit in my garage and Jr. Moore’s came to the rescue for sure! The company is responsive and extremely timely the job was completed before my expectations. I was grateful that they went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule on such a short notice on a Friday evening! Good people with good energy and I felt secure in my service call. The techs were nice and respectful. I was also told about a possible issue from one of the units we have. They also worked quickly to take care of everything.

I bought a fixer upper and had no idea what was going on with the heating and ac unit so I called OPACHs. His team was very professional and made the process very easy. Mr. Oscar was actually onsite and took the time to educate me on what had gone wrong and provided me with no pressure options and solutions to get everything up and going. I see why they say call OPACHs now.. Trust me, seeing is believing so call OPACHs to receive it.

The first time I met OPACHS, they were fixing my neighbor's air conditioner. When I told the OPACHS guy that my pipes were freezing up, and that I hadn't changed the filters in a long time, he said the filters is likely the problem. I changed the filters and my pipes stopped freezing up. When the temperatures went up to 95 degrees, the pipes started freezing up again. So now when I needed help, I called the guy who gave me a free tip on how to fix it the first time. So I called OPACHS and one lead man came out with a couple trainees. I felt like I went back in time because all three were very polite and respectful. Turns out I have a slow freon leak and I was down 4 lbs. Since I have the leak and my unit is over 20 years old, he recommended I get a new unit. I told him I couldn't afford it right now and that I would like him to just add more freon. He warned me about the realities of the situation and that I may need to add more freon soon depending upon how fast the leak is. I opted for just adding the freon and my unit is cooling great with no freezing up. When I can afford a new unit, I will be calling OPACHS. I recommend OPACHS if you want expertise, straight talk and great a customer service experience.

Opach was called to my home to do a light cleaning of the condenser coil. These pictures show that the condensing unit was never cleaned at all. Therefore, the entire condensing coil failed and I had to pay another company to get the entire condensing unit replaced. Will never trust or suggest OPACH to any fellow Memphians.

From start to finish the OPACHS team was professional, courteous and responsive. When my AC went out, they scheduled a same day appointment for a free estimate. They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!

The service tech was really knowledgeable and quickly determined the issue with my heating unit. Job was completed in less than an hour and the fee was reasonable . Will definitely be using their services for all my AC and heating needs.

We did a full install with OPACHS, both heating and A/C and a lot of attic duct work. The whole crew did an outstanding job. It was not an easy removal process but they figured out a way. Mr. Freeman and Mr. Johnson stayed late in the evening to finish the job. We even had an A/C disconnect issue (not related to OPACHS) and the guys went out and got a new electrical wall unit and installed it. They could have easily pushed it to the next day but they finished it and still gave me the thorough walk through at the end. All the crew was polite and professional. Job well done.

I am incredibly sad to have to leave such a poor review but I am also incredibly disappointed to be out of a substantial amount of money with incomplete work. We began a contract with this company to have our AC & Heating services brought up to code as well as have HVAC installed. Our HVAC installation led to an AC leak ruining our brand new kitchen tile and wall as well as having no cool air run through the home. We had techs come out to our property at least 8-10 times with a new issue each time they left. The company contacts were also not upfront in their invoice about what we were told was included. We were under the impression that what we outlined would be brought up to code would be, it has not been. We are four months out with what feels like more issues than we started with. This company has lost our respect, our business, and we do not recommend. Our current gas and electric contractor also commented that they would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Please save yourself the money, headache, and stress and look for another company.

2024 Update: The owner, Oscar personally reached out to us and apologized. They also offered their services to install more insulation and remedy some of where the previous techs went wrong. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure he could make this right and we are really grateful for his help and care of the situation.

The efficiency of the in office staff and technicians was top notch. The appointment was same day and right on time. The tech solved it all on the spot and gave great recommendations and next steps. Will make this company my go to

This company is the best! They are fast, efficient and honest! I had two other companies that forced us to believe that the builders had done a terrible job installing the HVAC system and that we needed to replace the entire Heating unit. OPACH came right over and changed a simple igniter.

We are a manufacturer in Florida of swimming pool heat pumps. We contacted Opachs HVAC and they helped us out by taking great care of our customer. They are very professional and we hope to work with them again if we need service in Tennessee.

I really wish I could give them a five star, but I cannot for the following reason. Me and the sales rep discussed brands, and we only talked about certain brands as an option. What was delivered was not what was discussed or even on the quote or invoice sent to me by the sales person. You cannot just simply change the brand without letting the customer know. The customer may want to pay an up charge to get the brand that they want but it’s still the customers choice…. not yours. Other than that, it was great technicians that came by. Very clean and hospitable. And they were really quick as far as removing the old unit and installing the new . I would recommend them, but I would also recommend that the customer confirm and check the unit brand before accepting it.

OPACHS customer service was exceptional. When you have a crisis in your home you want timely professional service. The point of contact can ruin or gain trust for your company. I was greeted by a friendly voice who kept me informed. She gave me a next day appointment and when the weather was not safe, I was called and given a time for the next day. The service technicians were also friendly, respectful, and even went to go purchase equipment to speed up the process for the install. OPACHS will be on speed dial for any other AC & Heating Services. #Grateful

OMG! The absolute best service we have ever received! I totally recommend this company and their service technicians. Completely professional, clean, and absolutely life savers. If you ever need hvac service, these are the only ones we will ever call.
