Several years ago, my AC stopped working in the rental property that I live in. I went 3 days in the summer heat with no AC. Every one that the landlord sent took one look at the unit & refused to fix it. Then Tony came. He fixed the unit in about 2 hrs. He's really the Best. I have him come every spring to perform preventative maintenance on this older AC unit.

Have been using Best Air Conditioning and Heating for years. Always received fast, friendly, and efficient service. If you're not satisfied with your present company, I highly encourage you to give them a try.

The gentleman who runs it is really good

Good guy and responsive but charged over $100 to just light a pilot light...just taking advantage of a situation... rediculous!

I've done no business with Sears Heating and Air. I have done business with Sears Home Improvement and it was awful and I do not recommend them.

Excellent team starting with the sales rep Mr Brock Williams, he communicated the next step until finish.

Unprofessional not on time. Worst experience I ever had in my life. Did not get my contract in time. Shipped me the wrong windows. They took me through a lot of unnecessary changes.

7 months delay. Team two corrected first team mistakes installing 7 windows. 1 window defect, reordered (unknown delay time-frame). Teams advised they do not paint contrary to what sales stated.
