The Roofers Left One Of My Outside Lights Down After The Installation... I Called And They Right Out And Placed It Back Up.... I Recommend Transform Home Improvement... Shortly I'll Be Getting My Windows Replaced With Transform..

* My whole experience was excellent starting with Mr. Williams, the sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and flexible. The HVAC team was awesome too. They were on time, showing up when they said they would, and I was informed beforehand what two gentlemen would present themselves and the job they'd start on. Installation was quick and my HVAC system is performing perfectly!

I had new windows installed in my very old house. They took out the old rotten ones and installed the new ones. I am very pleased with them. They are well made and very energy efficient. The workers were fast and cleaned up after (for the most part). They look GREAT. I can't wait to see how much I save on my energy bills.

Sears subcontracts jobs…….they are very fast getting salesman out but work isn’t as quick. The salesman David was very informative & even helpful during install. Project coordinator Wayne didn’t even respond to my last email. Plus they took all money for entire job before I even had appointment for installation when that’s not how they told me it would go. I was unhappy with part of job but they did get it taken care of. So far happy with job but I won’t use Sears/transform homes again as 1st job when they did my windows wasn’t the best either. An so much easier just dealing with one co.

Great professional installers. Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Love my new windows.

Whatever you do do not hire this company. The tried to rip off my mother, pretended to give service, and would not answer phone calls. Completely worthless. She needs a refund.

Came and did a great job and didn't try to sell me anything. I will use them the next time I need AC work.

I thought my spring inspection also included checking the AC components in the attic. The tech did not do that. I called the main number but the lady I spoke with did not offer any remedy or really any response at all.
